Chef Lexi absolutely nails it. This pizza is incredibly fresh, perfectly cooked, and just hits right from the first bite. You can tell real care goes into every detail. If you’re a pizza lover, this is the kind of pizza you think about after you leave. Highly recommend.

Guy stepped in to help as I was the only person in line and the lady that was supposed to make my pizza cared more about doing nothing than her job. Please have a customer service training course.

Today I went to what I call one off my favorite franchises, it said that I keep going back this location. It’s a hit and miss with the customer service and today I can now add the pizza. I get the same thing every time I go and I know about how long it should take to get a hot master piece I created. I voice my concerns about my pizza just being warm and not hot and the young lady said ohhhh. I took my pizza and decided I’ll never go back to this location. I tip to so that’s what makes it so sad. I’ll just pop it in my oven, but that’s beside the point.

Would enjoy a cleaner restaurant! I understand when it's busy it's hard in the dinning area at any establishment but when it's empty might want to consider cleaning with down time to spare.

I came in today because I know that the store is pretty slow on Saturdays, which is great for me when I have 30 minute lunches. What is not great was having to wait 10 minutes before being acknowledged by anyone in the store, because they were all standing and talking in the back of the store. This isn't the first time either, someone is always in the back which means my 30 minute lunch turns into a 2 minute quick bite when I get back to the office.
I will not be returning.

Great pizza! The staff is very nice. Carter has made 2 of my last few pizzas and he does a really great job listening, putting on good amounts and distributing toppings well!
Their food is great, but today, there was no Caesar dressing included in the Caesar salad—in the salad or in the bag🥲
Bacon was also missing.
I called the phone number but the person was working remotely and wasn’t able to fix the problem.

It tasted bad, the sauce tasted sour, the mushrooms came out raw, the bear was not ice cold! Wasted money, my stomach hurt for hours, i will never go there anymore!
