I too Walked in and it was disgusting, went to grab and cup and a huge roach came running out right infront of us, super unsanitary. 0 stars.

As a customer I think this is not a clean environment I walked in got a regular size cup to fill and while I filled my cup with vanilla I saw a roach run across the counter it came out of a corner it was fairly disgusting and honestly took my appetite away… I went to Handles instead, the guy working wasn’t even at the register so I couldn’t inform him…I hope they control the roach problem for all I know I could be eating roach poop on my vanilla yogurt…..

Came here with my lady friend during a little impromptu date over the weekend. I got vanilla, and she got chocolate which about halfway through she mentioned that it tasted a little weird. I tried it and agreed so we threw the rest away. She ended up getting super sick from it and threw up all night. We called to inform them and got nothing except a “alright thank you”. Terrible experience and really disappointing response. I mean even a “half-hearted sorry” might have sufficed. Do better Mojo.

The first 2 times we went to the place it was actually an awesome experience. However our last visit (6/8/2024) was awful, when we ate our yogurts we notice a super bitter taste from the pineapples, I talked to the employee to let her know that the pineapple was tasting so bitter and her response was rude telling us to just scope it out of our yogurt, we didn’t want to cause problems so we left feeling angry given the fact that we payed for good quality food and we received bitter pineapple tastes in our yogurt, that day we just wanted to let her know that the quality of the pineapples was so bad. I hope the place takes more care of the quality of their food and their employees.
The employees were sitting at a table eating yogurt and playing on their phones. One would stop eating to say welcome in while the other one just laughed... They one in the white (laugher) was very rude and had horrible customer service. Some of the worst customer service I have seen. The floor was dirty and counters needed to be clean. Instead of sitting playing with there phones they could of been cleaning and making the place look precentable

I walked in and noticed that a bunch of the FROYO machines where out of order, and they didn’t really have any variety of choices, when I finally resorted to vanilla flavor, I went to add toppings and noticed it was pretty messy and some topping containers where empty. I had to ask the two people at the register eating and talking to each other to fill up one of the containers for me. Also was pretty messy in the place. Tasted ok, but probably will not go back. O well.
