Incredibly rude bartender, tried to explain I can't hear in one ear, was all down hill from their. My sister and I downed our drinks and left before all of our friends could arrived we took are party somewhere else. Rigatoni's great Italian food and drinks

I’m giving 3 stars. Pros; I’ve been met with decent service and friendly staff. They have an actual stage for karaoke. Semi decent drink prices. Good location with ample parking. Decent atmosphere. Cons; the karaoke song selection is very limited and they use a paper system so if by accident your paper gets lost, you lose your spot. I tried the plain wings a few times. The first time they were perfect. Perfect breading, perfect temp soo good but after that my wings came unbreaded, and undercooked and under seasoned. As I mentioned decent service but on more than one occasion, I may have started a tab, and perhaps a friend joined me and the rest of my drinks were covered by my friend, when I’d close my tab, instead of being charged for the drink I opened with, I would be charged for two. Idk if there is a drink minimum but they should say so. That would be understandable. I never said anything so that’s on me but if I should ever go again, definitely paying cash and not my card.

Most awesome place for karaoke I've ever been to in Arizona (if you don't count Mooney's in Sedona). The food is super tasty. I got the monkey club sandwich. Yummy. Jacob is the best bartender/ waiter I've ever had. This guy came by to check on me every 10 minutes without fail. This place was standing room only and he still had the time. I told him I don't know how he does it. Saturday nights seem to be karaoke nights. By the way, I love the shower curtain in the restroom. Nice.
