We were a party of two and the restaurant wasn't busy. They appeared to be short staffed as we waited not only to place our order but to finally get our food. I saw our plates sit 5+ minutes before they were brought to us and even then it was another 10 minutes before the rest of our order was received. No acknowledgement of the delay, no apologies, and no customer service recovery from the wait staff or management. This was a go-to spot for many years but after today I don't think we'll be returning.

Awful. I will never return. Sausage, biscuits, French toast all burned. Poached eggs over cooked. Gravy reconstituted. Hollandaise sitting too long under heat lamp. Hashbrowns undercooked on one plate over crispy on the other. Scrambled eggs rubbery. Flooring all chipped. Bathroom dirty. Temperature super warm inside and no air conditioning flow. Service slow. Server had a difficult time remembering what we asked for. French toast served wrong to start. No apologies. No conversation with a manager. Ridiculous!!!!

Everything seemed to be pretty fresh. They didn’t have any wait this morning. Server was friendly and attentive. I could see myself returning with my daughter.

Food was great, service was terrible. We'd try to tell our waitress what we wanted and she'd be walking away while we were talking to her. Then she'd unsurprisingly not bring what we ordered. We would've gotten more drinks and an appetizer (and had a higher bill), but our waitress wouldn't give us the time of day. The outdoor patio was nice so that my sister could bring her dog.

We had an amazing brunch here, and thankfully it wasn’t crowded, most people were off chasing the more overrated breakfast spots nearby. That worked out perfectly for us. The food was excellent, easily one of the best breakfast places in town. We’re giving it 5 stars, thanks to the fantastic service from our attentive server and guest host, Chris, who really went above and beyond. The only downside was a nearby sewer repair that caused a bit of an unpleasant smell, but it didn’t take away from the overall experience. Thank you!

Attending a conference on the ASU campus, and needed a place for a quick lunch before check-in. Morning Squeeze was perfect. The food was delicious, very nice portions, and well priced. I got the Phat Country Boy - biscuits, gravy, and eggs benedict. My server's name was Chris, and he took good care of me. Great food stop especially for breakfast/lunch/brunch.

Food was good, portions were generous. Some items seem not worth the price while others seem like a great deal. FYI they don’t validate at the chase parking garage. Find other parking. Cost $7 for one hour, NOT on weekend rate.

“This spot is well-known for its freshly squeezed juices, which are definitely worth trying. The ambiance is pleasant, but the presence of flies can be a bit distracting while dining.”
Parking is paid.

Watered down, tasteless drinks! Not just one of our drinks… ALL OF THEM!! Coffee, tea, lemonade, Michelada, smoothie… All bad! Having no confidence in their bar tending, we decided to just ask for water…. they brought us tap water with no ice! The food wasn’t much better. The service was awful too! So many other better choices in downtown Tempe. This place was bad on all fronts.

If you’re looking for a cool little morning breakfast place in downtown Phoenix, this is for you. It’s more on the casual side, but the wait staff are super friendly and the food was good. My waitress Parker was all smiles and very sweet. I had to fly in the afternoon so I didn’t get to try out their adult beverages, but next time I’m in Phoenix with a little more time I think I’m gonna be hitting this place up for breakfast.
