Rude customer service and hung up on me twice when I ask them to cancel my order and get a refund.

I have been craving Sesame Chicken & Fried rice since I moved to the Valley from the NE (Philadelphia) about a year and a half ago. The Chinese Food here just is not the same. Mr. Hunan hit the spot! And the best part about it, it's only 5 minutes from work.

Tasty food that’s healthy and very affordable. I have been going to this location for almost a year! Great quality food every time! They just re-opened and I couldn’t be more thrilled! They have adapted to cover-19 protocols, they have a set up at the door to pick up and place orders. Dining room is currently closed down. Thank you Mr.Hunan Staff for making the best Chinese food in Downtown Tempe! Side note, my fave item from their menus is the Shrimp Egg Foo Young! It is so so so good!

My 19-year-old ordered a popo platter for two for her and her friend today and they were careless and thoughtless enough to included undercooked chicken she is now very ill and can't stop vomiting upon calling management he gave a $10 refund and said accidents happen....want to stay healthy don't eat here... YES I HAVE PHOTOS

Awesome food and a speedy delivery! The shrimp tempura was so good it, was almost irritating that my home town can't compete. 5/5 would recommend

Not sure if I went the wrong day but Chinese food is not supposed to taste like this. I realize not on the east coast but man.... Don’t be that hungry to compromise taste buds

Brought 8 piece wing almost 7.00 and shrimp and broccoli combo 7.95 had to pay 3 dollars more for pork fried rice in the combo,which was not enough pork in the rice food taste good but way over price than what I'm use to .

I had the House Special lo mein. Chicken.

Asked for an order of fried Dumplings and got steamed dumplings with the bottoms fried. Also had the moo goo guy pan which was bland. The guy behind the register needs to stop playing on his phone and focus on customers.

The Asian guy working the counter is unprofessional. He doesn't get up to greet and stayed playing on his phone the 2 times i asked a question about the plate and didnt even look towards me. The food was good but takes way to long! Pass

First time ordering from them. Delivery was timely, their honey chicken was the best I have had. I like their shrimp broccoli with fried rice! The broccoli isn't hard to chew and the sauce is so good ? Their cream cheese wontons were delicious! Definitely will be ordering from them more often.

FINALLY FOUND A NEW YORK STYLE CHINESE FOOD SPOT!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Their Won Ton Soup is Delicious, ate here 4 times and everything was Great! Been in AZ for 3 years, and I must say this is the ONLY Chinese Food spot I like, and it's just like ordering in NY/surrounding areas, long island, queens, brooklyn etc. They deliver too.

This will be a new usual spot for me! LOTS of food, compared to a good low price. Fresh & delicious! Authentic menu items -- it's offered in their language, as well as English. It's a stylish little spot to hang out & eat there. The service was kind and quick, also. Two thumbs-up from me!
