Daniel runs a super rad spot here, the menu is extensive and everything my friends and I have gotten (Sandwiches, salads, omelettes, burritos) were all delicious. I really appreciate that it's a shop that does everything on the menu extremely well instead of only having a few options that are good, which is most other comparable places I've been to. Highly highly recommend, their signature sandwich (Super Munch) was the best I've had in AZ as a whole. Give it a try and you won't be disappointed.

I was having a case of the Blahs but needed to feed the beast. So glad I found Munch a Lunch! I had the Mozzarella pesto salad, with Chicken. Total mood booster! The staff was friendly and helpful. The salad was huge and tasty! I'll be returning soon, and in a better mood. 😊

I recently stumbled across this place. I go there for breakfast and the food is amazing. Service is GREAT. If you haven't tried it and you're in area I would really suggest stopping by. This place is above and beyond.
We got the buffalo chicken wrap and chicken caesar wrap. Both absolutely delicious. The owner is super friendly and you can tell everything is made with care and fresh. Will definitely recommend to anyone looking for an awesome lunch.
