I was not impressed. Poor presentation, no taste, reminds me of the difference between ASU and UofA. 😎🌈😇😫

My friend and I arrived around 1 p.m. She ordered the red velvet waffles and I had the Phoenix Saute. The serving sizes weren't very big, and were overpriced for what you get. The Saute had nice flavoring, just wasn't enough. The restaurant wasn't very clean, there were some dirty dishes on some of the tables and the ladies' room wasn't very clean, some garbage on the floor and trash bin very full. Wouldn't recommend.

Nothing special with atmosphere or food. Overpriced. Ordering from menu board on wall is like a Mcdonalds. Payment defaults to minimum 18% gratuity (although option to enter a lesser amount exists).

I’ve been a fan of this place for a while, but I've always just did delivery from this location. Well, I finally had the opportunity to actually dine in, and it was a very enjoyable experience! The atmosphere is bright and energetic, making it a great spot to start the day.
The highlight of my meal was definitely the Chocolate Chip Scone. It was so mouthwatering, perfectly baked and just the right amount of sweetness. It’s easily one of my favorite things on the menu now.
The service was friendly and the food came out quickly. If you’ve only ever done carry out here, I definitely recommend taking a seat and enjoying the vibe of the restaurant itself. A solid four stars for a great local breakfast and brunch spot!

Amazing gluten free waffles, and the service is beyond 5 stars. I want to give a shout out to Emanuel, who went above and beyond all our expectations! If you are looking for a great breakfast or brunch spot on vacation or if you live in Tempe stop in here!

I had the yogurt and granola parfait. It was fresh and they include pecans in their granola, which is something I hadn’t had before. Lattes were perfect as well.

The food is delicious. I ordered the Bruschetta Mediterranean Style and my friend ordered the Farmer's Benedict with 4 eggs.
The Bruschetta was $4.99 for 1 or 3 for $12. I only ordered one. It's delicious.
The parking is terrible. Be prepared to pay $3 an hour.
We are currently being rushed to leave. The smoothie bar was closed by 2 pm.

So good that we chose to have our breakfast here every day. There's options to sit inside or outside in the beautiful weather.

I searched for eggs Benedict near me and found this spot less than a minute away. They offer both takeout and dine-in options. The cashier seemed inexperienced but was very nice and patient.
Unfortunately, cleanliness was a major issue. The outdoor tables weren’t clean, and the inside wasn’t much better. I ordered the eggs Benedict, but the poached eggs were overcooked, the potatoes tasted frozen, and there was far too much spinach. The dish felt unbalanced overall, especially with only three avocado slices shared between both English muffins.
That said, if you enjoy hollandaise sauce, this is some of the best I’ve had in Arizona. My partner ordered the pancakes, but they were overloaded with butter.
Overall, it’s an okay place to eat, but there’s definitely room for improvement.

The brunch here was amazing, I ordered the loaded omelet and it was delicious! I highly recommend getting the potatoes on the side of your dish, they were perfectly crispy on the outside and soft and warm on the inside and were seasoned perfectly. The food didn’t take long to come out and the staff was super welcoming and kind!
