I can’t believe that that your shift can be so hard that you can be completely rude to customers. We stood there ready to order for like 5 minutes right in front of the cash register and the Asian girl completely ignored us . My wife literally had to ask “ can I order now”?then ,she had the rudest look on her face. We ordered a acai bowl for like 15 dollars! When we tasted it we discovered that it was frozen.what they were doing is just premaking a bunch and freezing them to save time. When I went back in to tell them it was frozen, I got the biggest attitude. So then I asked for a refund. The Asian girl that was working there was so rude , I said “ do you know what customer service is”? Do you know how to smile? Like hi how are you, what can I get for you? Basic customer service? She looks at me and says “ but you don’t understand, I’ve had a long shift” I’m in sales. If had a dollar for every time I was tired and didn’t feel like working I’d be rich. You don’t take it out on customers. If you’re going to hire teeny boppers, help them with their attitudes. Your going to slowly loose more and more customers. One bad rude employee can cost you thousands of dollars.

the three times i’ve been here the employees are in the back doing lord knows what and when i ask for help all i get is attitude. terrible service. or get a bell for when the doors

I have been in this place twice before. And I managed to have a relative good time. Unfortunately, the last time I was there, the service and the drink was bad. I ordered some Orange drink. And what I got, was disgusting. I took one drink from it, and I threw it in the trash. It wasn't even cold. No ice. And the way the staff kept looking at me. As if to say, "What are you doing in a place like this, you don't belong here". Regardless to say, I'm never going into that store ever again.

I'm a loyal Nektar customer. I love their smoothie bowls. Customer service was good. My complaint is the that the actual smoothie layer of bowl is shrinking as the granola layer increases. I want smoothie not more granola. I remember when I used to get full size bowls Not any more. All too often are the bowls like my most recent photo, shorted. As you can see they are not always filled to the top.

After a transactional error, it was fixed within 24hrs. The manager Ryan and the customer service reps were really nice! I always go here because they're friendly and speedy.

Smoothie was great but I wouldn't return because of the customer service. There was only one girl behind the counter and she was making acai bowls. She did not acknowledge the line of people waiting to order. Another girl finally came out to help her. They were moving incredibly slow and still didn't acknowledge the line. I finally ordered and she scanned my QR for points but failed to scan a coupon. When I pointed it out, she said she couldn't reverse it and I could redeem it next time. It expired today. She said she couldn't do anything. Absolutely terrible customer service.

I won't be going to this location no more maybe I'll drive far out to the old one I used to go lately they haven't been filling up the the açaí bowls and it hasn't been worth the prices they only filljng half way it's so disappointing I went in for two pay extra for extra ingredients like peanut butter and things for them not to even give me the peanut butter I had to go back and tell them yet they get upset and pretend they don't hear you and he didn't even give my receipt to fill a claim 23$ for two açaí bowl and to not get what you pay for and nor get filled properly it's upsetting also trying your best to tell them kindly what was missing and get mad is frustrated we love these after sports or exercising but need find a other location to go to
