every time i visit here the vibes are so weird. there is no music playing and the staff is always sitting in the back until they notice you. also the last time i went, their system was completely down so i had to place a mobile order, show the worker, and then sit there while he made it. definitely not his fault, but it was frustrating not having my food ready when it says it will be ready. i think the store just reflects poor management overall.

Cool spot and vibe. Disappointed in the Acai bowl. No flavor. Almost all coconut water. Very little fruit. Runny. We love Acai bowls. This was the worst one we’ve ever had. Hopefully just a bad day for the workers making it and not the norm.

Legit disgusting. Can’t even call it an açaí bowl. Employee was incredibly rude when I showed them my watery açaí bowl that was grey and my friends bowl was half frozen banana. They told us they couldn’t remake bc their boss would yell at them. A super weird experience all around

I am a regular nekter customer at various valley locations— one thing is for sure. There is a widespread issue with customers receiving all the items they paid for when ordering delivery or pickup.
I ordered for a group at work and spent $100+ — and was missing a $20 bowl and a smoothie. You can imagine the disappointment when some folks got their order while others did not.
I have made similar reviews about the location near central and camelback— that seems to have gotten better and now this one but work is having issues.
May I suggest a training for all the Phoenix metro area on the process of making and packing an order.

i love nèktar. always a go to for a healthy drinks. i wish they had more milk options like almond milk however, coconut milk is still yummy. they are starting to feel a bit high priced with a detox drink being almost $10 but, it appears that having the app warrants free smoothies + shots at times saving $$$. very friendly workers that are always insanely patient + informative. i would highly recommend however, my last + most recent visit i asked for no coconut milk with almond instead + she said she okay as if it was subsituted. while drinking i thought "this tastes strange" but, i went about my day. the next trip i made to nèktar i asked another employee can i change the milk + that was when i was told they actually don't do that so i drank coconut milk without knowing the other day. although, this is not an allergy i can not stress the importance of things within this nature. still love me some nèktar + keep up the great work!

Live nearby and was at the gym, so placed an order pickup for 10:30AM an hour ahead. Arrive there around 10:40AM and got bowls 20 minutes after scheduled time. Once the bowls were ready, we received them with toppings dripping off and no lids. The lady walked away and left us to figure out how to put lids on overflowing bowls. Half of the toppings fell off of one and it was a mess for 13-14 dollar bowls.
