The owner/cook of this location makes the BEST Vegas roll hands down in possibly the whole country. I have tried Vegas rolls all over Arizona and I drive one hour each and every time I want one to this location and will never go anywhere else after trying it.
The food was lackluster and bland, while the egg was over cooked in the ramen ? our experience was surprising from the previous positive ratings and reviews but the miso broth tasted like it was just plain beef bulion and the noodles had no flavor, and the corn was canned. ? The tonkotsu broth was better flavored but still mostly waterly rather than feeling creamy. The broccoli was close to raw and plain and the orange chicken my boyfriend rated a 2 ? ... I'd suggest better...
I will without hesitation say that I will be returning. The food tastes like a genuin prepared meal, and not cheap over sweetened buffet style. The dining room is not fancy, so far my person at the register has been the chef as well, but I can see and taste good food being made fresh. Too much rice? Always. A good product? Yes. I never snap or publish pictures of my food, but this looked good, and tasted just as good.i will continue to explore this local menu.
