I am strictly talking about the tip. I was being forced to tip when I don't feel doing so, because I felt there was no outstanding service, on top of that, when I tried to ask for assistance, the server showed an inpatient attitude towards me. In this case, I believe I reserve the rights to decline tipping. In the end I still tipped $2 since the server asked. But I'd avoid this place at all cost, never coming back again.

I ordered the orange chicken and sesame chicken from here from uber eats, when we opened it the sauce came separate so we had to add it to the chicken and when we did it tasted very sour. I'm not sure if it was just a bad day today or if that is how it tastes normally but I did add a lot of honey to the sauce and it made it a lot better. I just think they need to add more of the sweetness side of the sauce to it to make it taste better.

Ordered food at 7:03 and the order was set to be picked up at 7:37. Got there at 7:38 they said it'll be 15 minutes. Come in 15 minutes later. Tell me it'll be 10 more minutes. Come in 10 minutes later. Tell me it'll be 5 more minutes. When I asked why they said the kitchen is backed up and they had a lot of tables. Since getting to the restaurant it was half full at best. Terrible service and promptness even if the food was good. Why would I come back?

I’d say old town taste is the best authentic Chinese food there is in the Phoenix metro area. The chongqing chicken never disappoints - so crispy and flavorful. Do be aware of the numbing spice (mala), but if you’re fan, you’d love this place!!

We ordered 7 dishes for a group of 7 and each one was made very well, no flavors lacking. Nothing was bland or overly seasoned. We cleared every dish completely! Service was great, services and kind and quick despite it being busy during the Saturday night dinner rush. Will definitely be coming back!
