Grabbed some take out and the food was rock hard and stale. Will not be coming back.

I've never been to an olive garden and had to wait on soup finally get it and its cold and then told they are making new soup-what, then it was only 1 sever and like 10 ppl in the restaurant yet everything was slow drinks watered down, this is not normal for OG so it was just an off day for them

real nice young man behind the bar asked if I want a lemon with the water I ordered...its the little things in life I appreciate! The homade salad is never ending with breadsticks. Perfect way to continue the day after lunch.

Good food. I like the unlimited salad and soup concept, that result perfect for lunch.
Good service: Kacie was gentle and attentive.

Hannah was a good server. Only negative thing, had to ask for refills on drinks otherwise it would of been 5 stars. Kid friendly menu.

I work near by and thought pasta would be nice for lunch, I don’t typically sit down for lunch but I wanted to treat myself. Since I’m a single diner I figured it would be better to sit at the bar top. Scott was my bartender, and I was his ONLY patron at the bar… I sit down and he is frantically dealing with other things looking past me not acknowledging me, and eventually puts up his hand to gesture he’d be right with me. Asks what I want to drink I say can I please just get a water and a menu, he says yes and proceeds to grab a menu, then walks into the kitchen. Comes back out ā€œdo you know what you wantā€ā€¦. Maybe the water I asked for would be nice? I said ā€œthe water to start pleaseā€ he then responds ā€œI’m not trying to rush you but ok water you got itā€ā€¦ like what a weird response??? He’s in and out of the kitchen a few times and eventually comes to take my order, I ordered my food and a tea, I watch him put everything into the computer and then go back into the kitchen. At this point I’m putting in headphones and just zoning out because I’m over my dining experience so far… my salad comes my bread comes and I eat it, my food comes I eat it, I never got the tea. He seemed preoccupied and I assumed he forgot which is annoying but not a huge deal, I wanted it with my food so I wasn’t going to ask for it again mid way through my meal… he then drops the check before I’ve asked for it saying ā€œno rushā€ and the tea is on the check. So now I’m annoyed because how am I the only customer you have and you forgot the drink I order and then you miss the fact that you forgot it multiple times including at the point of dropping the check? I asked for it to be removed, he went into the kitchen and got a manger I believe her name was Tracey? Not sure… she took it off he apologized to her and then she says ā€œno biggieā€ turns to me and gives me a weird look… doesn’t say a word to me? So strange. This team needs some serious work on their customer service skills, I understand it’s lunch and slow but I’m still a paying customer and I deserve to be treated as such. Management could’ve done more in my opinion and the problems always start there.

Food was great! Our server who took our order was awesome. So nice and personable. The person that brought out our food was also awesome. She was funny and had a great personality. 10/10 experience today!

My daughter enjoyed new ravioli di portebello. I liked the shrimp frito misto and chicken gnocchi soup but my braised beef tortelloni was a bit salty. We'll be back mainly because of the amazing staff. Everyone did a fantastic job
