The food at Oregon’s was delicious, especially their wings, particularly the sweet and spicy and the Yahoo BBQ flavors. I also highly recommend their Diablo chicken pasta with extra sauce. The environment is clean and hygienic, but the service we received was disappointing.
Our server was rude and seemed unaware of our requests. He frequently sought assistance from other teammates, which is basic customer service. I had previously given them a 5/5 rating three years ago, but I’m changing it to 3/5 due to the poor service I received recently.
One of the most frustrating aspects of the server’s behavior was his lack of order confirmation. He failed to repeat my order before taking it, resulting in a mix-up. When the food arrived, I informed him that I had requested chicken, but I received shrimp instead. He became angry and argued with me, even showing me his scribbled notes to prove that I had ordered shrimp. It’s his responsibility to confirm and repeat orders, and he failed to apologize for the mistake.
In conclusion, this was the worst experience I’ve ever had at Oregon’s in many years.

Some of the best pizza you can get in this state! Plan on waiting about 45 minutes to and hour once you order, but it disappoints! Deep dish is our favorite and it's a great price for some good pizza! Also recommend their wings!

I put 4 stars for the food, only because I found everything to be spicy. There wasn't much I could eat from the dishes that we ordered. However, everyone else in our party of 7 loved it.

Came to Oregano's for the first time with some friends and it was awesome. The staff was friendly and attentive and the food was excellent. We got a few pizzas and enjoyed them all. I particularly enjoyed the barbecue chicken pizza. The atmosphere was great, it was a nice day and we ate outside. I enjoyed the artwork and ambience. If you enjoy pizza, I definitely recommend this restaurant. Just thinking about it makes me hungry. Looking forward to going back!

Worst experience EVER ! Our 1st visit and was seated right away at lunch time. Service took 5min to approach us. We ordered cheese bread and a pizza. A 4 top came in and sat beside us,placed there drink,apps,and entrees, They received their drinks and apps before we got our bread, 15 minutes go by, they received their entrees of pizzas and some kinda pasta. The server made no eye contact or refills on our pop. My teenager was getting Hangry, as I was, 48 minutes into our sitting a guy comes over to say there was a pan issue and it’d be another 10-15min,! By now we’re upset and pissed! My friends own a Geno’s in Chicago and we’ve never waited more than 30 minutes for Chicago style! The cheese bread was even cold in the middle! If the bread’s bad, I could only imagine what pizza was going to be like. This may not have been worst experience, but top 5 , so if ya want a Great local pizza, Hit up Rosati! That’s been our go to! They need to get their GIVE A DAMN fixed at Oregano’s, and communicate better! As for the pizza….. I don’t know if it sucks or not as it’s a hour of my life I’ll never get back! We visit Az a lot during winters for family, and We will DO A HARD PASS

Big portions chicken over cooked & dry on the chicken Parm. Chibato boom sandwich was dry,tough & flavorless . Meat all sandwich was good and the dry rub wings are the only reason I go there
