I thought that the açaí bowls here were good. However, if I’m comparing them to bonsai bowl they are not quite as good. But I would still go back and get another one. We went out about 1130 on a Friday. It wasn’t busy when we got there and we ordered right away, but it took about 30 minutes to get our two bowls and one shake. It it’s a super popular place. Lots of people were coming in while we were there. It seems like a call ahead. Order might be the best bet. Parking is a little scarce.

I was very disappointed with the service we received. We arrived at the location about 45 mins before they closed and ordered food for dine in. None of the stuff told us that would be an issue. About 10 mins after we received our food a staff member approached us and requested us to leave because they closing in the middle of us eating. It was rude and of putting

We had a group order online. I ordered the teriyaki chicken and double rice and chicken. I removed the brussel sprouts and other vegetables. My order arrived with Brussel sprouts and vegetables. This is not the first time this has happened.
Here's the kicker. I called the restaurant immediately after the order was placed, and spoke to someone on what I had ordered and made it very clear I could not eat the meal if the vegetables were included. She assured me that since I had ordered correctly, my order would arrive as expected.
I feel like I get better quality service and food from Thai Chili 2 Go and Chipotle.

Great food, great ambience, my favorite thing thus far are the fresh drinks, smoothie blend but minimal ice so it doesn't get watery. Salads are bomb, the pistachios on the salad I got today kicked it off to another level.

Maybe Monday mornings are not great for them. 3 people working away, no acknowledgement as I entered or while I was entering my order on the self serve screen. I ordered 1 smoothie and jt took about 20mins. I sat alone in an empty cafe, watching everyone doing their own thing, again, not once speaking to me, no eye contact. I feel like I’m a pretty friendly person lol. Looking for a smile haha. They all looked miserable not talking to each other. If you’re in a rush, this isn’t for you or maybe the trick is to preorder an hours ahead.

Super quick large portions, great deal in a relaxed casual environment. Offers all day breakfast along with lunch and dinner options. Fantastic tasty food will be back for sure. Do yourself a favor and check this place out and get the seasonal lemonade!!
Honestly this location - please work on this one thing: quality of the veggies. Every single time I get salads with broccoli and cauliflower, or bowls with those veggies, they are always moldy black/brown on them. Or totally spoiled and really need to be thrown away with a slimy look and feel. My company orders from this location and I always know I won’t be eating the broccoli and cauliflower. There have been times where even the corn is weirdly mushy and clearly really old. Seriously, please be more aware. I love ChopShop but this always happens at this location.
