Gave me food poisoning. Do not recommend anything chicken. Twice it’s come out uncooked and i just love the spot so tossed it and didn’t say anything, thought my burrito taste fine and ended up throwing up for hours the following morning. Ate here 3-4 days a week, Will not be returning.

It requires WAY to much information, and it DOES NOT, give you the discounts promised as far as I can tell. I did everything and it never gave me to introductory offer of 3 off as promised. That’s annoying, to rest is great. I wish they didn’t even offer it if it doesn’t work! Also skip extra steak and cheese chase you probably won’t get it and if you do it’s not worth $4

First visit to a ChopShop. We came here since it has a 4.5 rating 🤨. I liked the healthy concept, but the food was not great. I ordered the teriyaki bowl with veggies and sweet potatoes, not good 👎. My bowl was nothing in comparison to the pictures. Honestly when I watch food shows and the chef jokingly say the secret ingredient is “love”, I’m like yeah that’s cheesy, BUT that’s what the bowl was missing, some LOVE. Teriyaki sauce doesn’t taste like terriaki, it’s usually sweet and theirs is very tart and off-flavored. I’m not the type to take pictures of my food since I like clean hands when I eat, but I should’ve to show the slop I was served. I wouldn’t recommend the bowls or the club sand which as well, as the bread became soggy from the huge amount of lettuce that was put in it, no one likes wet bread :-(.
Like others, cashier was nice so that was a plus.

MINIMALIST SERVICE
I'd give it five stars if they accepted cash. I'm not interested in the concept of self service from the start of a dine in experience. In my opinion, the lack of human connection during a dine in experience, self service is cold and unwelcoming. Being greeted and being able to get my questions answered without having to track someone down or feel as if I'm interrupting the restocking duties of employees, who stand aside as if I am in their way (which I am) is uncomfortable! I won't return because I felt very uncomfortable trying to get a beverage or ask for a receipt, which didn't print. At least the food was good.

UPDATE REGARDING BUSINESS RESPONSE
Yes, the cashless experience is a turn off, which would have been a four star review. I, or anyone else, should never feel uncomfortable or in the way of employees during a visit. Not one, but three employees seemed put out by my intruding on their work day. The only reason the review wasn't two stars is because the food came out promptly and it was good.
Thanks for the response and I'm glad you'll be addressing the attitude your workers present to patrons.
