Osaka Grill Teriyaki & Roll

I’m normally not one to ever leave a bad review. But the service that I got from the manager was awful and unacceptable. I ordered egg drop soup and a few other things. I spent 38 dollars there. My girlfriend’s food was good. However, my egg drop soup tasted like it was going bad. I work two customer service jobs so I was very kind and respectful when speaking to the manager about wanting to exchange my meal for something that was the same price as my soup. The manager became very rude extremely quick and started to tell me that I was complaining and if I get something else I’ll just complain again, I proceeded to apologize as I wasn’t trying to cause an issue I just wanted to exchange my meal. She then told me there was nothing that was the same price as the soup I got (which was a lie) and I told her that there was and I would like to exchange it for the vegetable teriyaki bowl. She started to break down what was in the bowl in an extremely sarcastic manner and was extremely rude and asked me if I was going to complain when I got my food exchanged. I simply said no. The main girl working with the short hair and bangs apologized for her managers behavior and proceeded to tell me that she lied to me about their “no refund and no exchanges policy” and told me that they do honor refunds and exchanges but she didn’t know how to do it and that’s why she called her manager to begin with. She was very sweet but the manager was far from kind to me. This was extremely unprofessional and rude and I will never return to this establishment ever again.

I had the peking pork steak it was delicious, the wait is long but I think it’s worth it. It costs $18 but it comes with almost 2lb of pork belly in orange sauce

$7 for “spring rolls” when it’s just soggy cabbage in a egg roll. Crunch roll tastes wrong and tastes like there was ketchup on it. Beef teriyaki tasted like sanitizer water. All of there prices are absurd. $40 for complete garbage.

Don’t know why there’s relatively low ratings. I only ordered the vegetable yakisoba and it came in huge portions. It tastes good too!

Google said they were open on a Sat evening, but NOPE! Down street for a show at Gammage, stopped by but closed for summmer until Aug. Today is 8/2 but closed. Get it together Osaka.

Good portions. At least for the Las Vegas roll. I was worried with the price, but it’s bigger than the ones I get at a sit-down restaurant

Best chicken dumpling ever

The chicken yakisoba is amazing! The chicken and steak rice bowl is delicious too! It is over priced for two bowls being $33 though.

Terrible food for a high price, boba was chunky and it was ass, I’ve had better boba for 20 bucks in Scottsdale

Took 30 minutes to make a “fried” roll. They gave me a room temp roll after serving many other people before me.

The worst food i ever tried in my life, besides I paid $18 for a bowl with rice, crab, and lettuce, I added cabbage, and they didn't put the cabbage . I through the Arizona bowl in the trash because it's so horrible.

This place is a scam, don't come here

terrible food for an expensive price, some of the worst japanese food ever. food takes forever to come out and there’s nowhere to sit, tried multiple dishes they all are bad

Rudest staffs I've ever seen. When I request for to-go boxes the mid-aged lady just tossed them at me with contempt! Fried rice tastes oily and full of artificial condiments.

Recommended dishes: Salmon Fried Rice

I usually come here when I wanna get a late night snack and the beef fried rice and beef udon is usually good. However, I tried the crunch roll sushi and it was horrible. It was bland, looked unappetizing, and did not taste good. I also tried the Boba and it was terrible, the Boba itself had a weird texture and the flavor was off. Also this place is way too overpriced.
