Over Easy is a super solid breakfast spot, easily considered the best in the valley and the top breakfast place to eat. The menu has lots of great options, with generous and fresh meal portions. Specific standout dishes include the apple crumble French toast, which is so good it doesn't need syrup, and the French toast with caramel, bananas, powdered sugar, and pecans. The steak & eggs with hash browns is also excellent. The fresh squeezed orange juice and brunch punch are delicious.
The service is nothing short of exceptional, with a consistently amazing team that is super nice, welcoming, and courteous. Staff are described as phenomenal, delightful, attentive, and hospitable, always going above and beyond. They check on tables consistently and are very accommodating, even granting requests like meat substitutions without question. The food comes out really fast despite the restaurant being busy. The location is also praised for handling large group orders perfectly, even on short notice. The overall experience is absolutely outstanding, making guests look forward to going back again.
