$50 for this!? They didn't throw in soy sauce or chili sauce. Just this. I'm not sure why their price point is so high but it's definitely not worth it. The phad Thai is so bland. At least offer some spices on the to go orders if the food is so bland. Overpriced food chainDefinitely spent the money on a local, small business that won't overcharge for bland mass produced boringness.

So I basically live for the chocolate souffle.... Unfortunately I have a terrible relationship where I'm a s***** for this souffle... Bad day... Chocolate souffle.... This location is in a good spot. However you must park in the garage a couple blocks away. They will comp you for your parking. So definitely bring the ticket in with you. Don't leave it in the car because you won't want to walk back. Friendly staff and clean restaurant.

Was a strange meal. Our food for 5 people came out over 15 minutes separately. So awkward as my niece did not want to eat infront of the 4 others at the table. Empty drinks waiter can't remember what we are drinking. I order lettuce wraps and was told not available no issue I order something else for an appetizer. After ordering the waiter comes back to the table and says my manager said we have the lettuce wraps so I added to the order I was surprised when I was charged. But then I should not have been after I was offered fried rice and not told there was an up charge until after our order was completed. Food tasted greAt but the service reminded me why I started going to mellow mushroom on gammage nights.

Don't bother coming here if you don't have a reservation. Came in to have a nice dinner only to be told that they are fully booked and won't be seating anyone else unless you have a reservation. Total bs. It wasn't even busy and it was 5:30 on a Tuesday night. Ridiculous.

While staying in Tempe, Arizona for the night we decided to come here - since it was close to our hotel. Excellent location next to Arizona State University. I've eaten at various P.F. Changs throughout the years. Love this place, always friendly staff, good food! Always satisfied and never disappointed! It doesn't get any better than this in terms of value and quality. I ordered the Spicy Miso Ramen with a side order of shrimp fried rice everything tasted great. A little tip and here's something most people don't know about P.F. Changs is that they will cook up anything the way you want it, it's not unusual to ask. This place is definitely worth it and the prices are fair, love the food and variety this chain resturaunt has to offer. Always a great experience here. Give them a try if you haven't already - thank you!

Was going to order for delivery but Orange Chicken costing $14 + $7 delivery fee + mandatory $2.50 tip + sales tax is down right hilarious. Someone needs to reassess delivery charges when a $14 meal doubles in price.

Picture this. You haven't been out to a "nice" restaurant in a long time due to COVID. However it's your anniversary, and it's a big one, and you didn't get to celebrate it the previous year. On top of that, you managed to score some nice Hamilton tickets at the Gammage, so everything's falling into place. There's minimal traffic on the freeway, you get a nice parking spot at the Gammage, and you get to PF Changs 20 minutes ahead of your 6:00 reservation. Everything is working out great! As you check in, the hostess tells you that they probably won't be able to seat you until your reservation time, so even though there's only one other party sitting there, as long as you get seated by 6, no problems. And then it all goes south... Other people start arriving with reservations at the same time, and yet they're seated BEFORE YOU. People without ANY reservations, go outside, find an online reservation system, book for the same time as you, and THEY get seated before you! When you ask the hostess when you'll be seated, she lies and says, "soon", and the guy who's working with her seats people outside and at the bar. And of course, who knows where the manager was during all of this, they certainly weren't helping out their staff... Finally after about 20 people have come and been seated, you are now literally the only ones still sitting there waiting to be seated, and it's now 6:20, you go back up and the hostess to complain, and she takes one look at the look in your eyes, and says, "oh, I'll seat you outside". Seating outside means, our table is right next to a noisy street, it's in a dirty area, it is hidden behind a huge palm tree, and there is no waitress or waiter to wait on you, the bar tender in all of his free time, will wait on you. So we found what we wanted, and by 6:30, even though the bar tender came out with drinks for another party, he took one look at us and went back in. At this point we realized that even if we were able to get noticed and get served, it would be too late to make the opening of the show. So we went to Chipotle up the street. On our way out, we told the guy at the check in area why we were leaving. He didn't care, he just said good night and went back to doing whatever he was doing (or not doing). Typical of a corporate, chain restaurant... So our anniversary was basically ruined, but at least we were fed at Chipotle and made our performance. Here's the lesson to be learned dear readers. If you're celebrating something special, don't go here! House of Tricks is nearby, and although I'd only rate it a 4, it's still better than this place. The Chuck Box, Blaze Pizza, Postino Annex, and original chop shop, are all restaurants with better food and service. If you insist on still going to PF Changs, add at least a half an hour onto your reservation if you're going to the Gammage. But if you show up on time, make sure you're forceful with the host/hostess, so that they seat you ahead of other people, because polite people just get ignored here. And to wrap it up, we ended up seeing one of the people who also had their reservation at the same time as us. We couldn't miss noticing them, because they walked to their seats a few rows ahead of us, during one of the main songs about 20-30 minutes into it. So I guess we made the right choice to go to Chipotle... Thanks PF Changs for ruining our anniversary. I hope that when the new Omni Hotel goes in across the street, that the restaurants they have, will put you out of business.

Jacob was training, which can be hectic and time consuming, but we had great service! He was very attentive but not 'overly' attentive-amazing!! Kudos to him! Thank you! We will be back!

Stopped in this location on mill as they are one and a few with vegetarian options at such a late hr. I ordered a app some hot tea and two entrees a spicy ramen and fried rice entree. The restaurant didn't have any of the hot teas I wanted so ended up settling. The spring rolls were soft and limp no crispness whatsoever nothing like the menu explained the item to be, the menu also provided the items in the fried rice to be carrots Bean sprouts and green onion with egg. My Fried rice came out with no egg, added mushrooms and broccoli which none of this was asked to be added. The ramen came out and it tasted like hot water there was no flavor or spice that came with the ramen. I thought I caught covid the food was so flavorless and awful. I ended up not eating dinner this night because all the vegetarian restaurants had closed after choosing such an awful place that wasted my time and money.

Good food, but their story is messed up, not a place to bring kids to, based on the history of it.

Food was great but we waited an hour and 15 minutes for it...
