Today I went to eat as I usually do and the portions they gave me were far below what they always give me and she is an elderly worker of Chinese origin apparently she counted the pieces and measured the portions and I only asked why the difference and she behaved very rudely 👎

We ordered $300 worth of food..Door Dasher brings us (1) bag of only condiments with a long ticket attached (indicating more food) Dasher paid no attention and left the store without the remaining bags...Meanwhile I have an entire office waiting for lunch. This store went above and beyond what was their responsibility, especially Edith....She delivered the remaining food to us herself!! Excellent customer service seems to be fading these days and Edith has shown that integrity is still a thing to some people....and I am so very happy .. This store & Edith are TOP NOTCH!!

Are yall dumb ? Serious question. Last time I ordered from yall. Yall gave me raw chicken I let it go and put it in the oven because I order from DoorDash. The second time I order a plate and they gave be a bowl. This might be the worst location yet.

the slowest fast food restaurant i’ve ever been to. people here take their sweet time. it really does not take that long for 1 simple order and 5 people in line…
Was told they “don’t take cash” after standing and waiting in a long line, placed order with cash in hand and then when was about to pay said “oh we don’t take cash”. What panda doesn’t take cash??

There were four of us; it was extremely hot out and we were hungry. We entered the Panda Express and there was one lady at the counter filling in one order for a person ahead of us. She took some time doing that. Once she was done, she started filling some other order (for who we don’t know). The minimum courtesy a customer would expect is for her to acknowledge our presence and let us know that she will be with us shortly. She completely ignored the fact that we were standing there. After a few more minutes, when she continued remaining oblivious to our presence, we walked out without ordering. Never doing Panda Express ever again!
They forgot to add my drinks order Mexican coke and additional coke only sent the food.

Cash less. Not posted any where. Drove to their location. Found a parking spot. Waited in line. ordered my food. Got to the register. Wouldn't take my cash.
Not posted anywhere. Won't be back. Friend lives a mile away. Would of been a great place to get some good food.

Slow service all the time I come in here, usually never have the items ready and have to wait for them to cook a lot of things.
Great food
Food was hot, tasty and well- made- just the right amount of sauce.
No public bathrooms. No kids meals.
Our server had no customer service at all-no engagement and seemed miserable so I asked how her day was going. “Fine”. She sure didn’t seem fine. The 5 of us will not return.

Typical panda food which is great, the girls at the service counter were very friendly and attentive, it was busy and they did a great job!
