I was impressed how well they try to serve everyone here and I came in a crowded time. The drive thru was very long but there was plenty of parking. The staff was rushing around but it seems like the Supervisor was on top of everything.
The food meets my expectations of any good Panda Express.

Worse customer service ever! If I'm greeted in that way, I'll go eat at Taco boys down the street. Better food, better atmosphere, and awesome customer service at Taco boys! This Panda needs some training in customer service!

Third time I went to pick my food up and an item was missing. Not only did I get a text message stating it was ready, once I got there I was told to park food wasn’t ready. I walked in to show the message, the young lady states oh and hands me the food that was sitting on the side cold!

This is a great location that gets shopped a lot! Which means the food is consistently fresh! Between both the lobby and the drive thru the staff is kind and genuine. Understand that when you are there before close options are limited but that's just good practice in food waste. Be patient and be kind!
