Arab guy at drive thru is extremely rude. He intentionally gave me the wrong order at the drive thru because I asked for two separate orders. When I went back to have my order fixed he smiled and laughed as if it were funny.

I'm piss! Waited in Drive thru for ever and the guy that took my order didn't even get my order right after he asked me 3 times. I get home to have dinner and it wasn't right! I order a Panda plate with half fried rice and half chow main with orange chicken and Beijing Beef! Tell me why why there was rice instead of fried rice! I called and called No one answered. I called again today no answer! This is bad customer service. An there open till 11:30pm.

If I could give it zero stars, I would receive a bigger plate, and the rice was literally from the bottom of the pan burnt and tasted burnt. I usually don’t have problems with panda express but tonight was my 13th reason why.
Just came here to order a plate the worker ignored me to make an online order and used all the fresh rice for it instead of making my food first when I'm standing right there waiting to order. I only like the rice as a side. Then they go to the back and pull out some rice bowl that was clearly not fresh they give me that rice that was sitting in drive thru I get all the way home and sit down to eat and this rice is disgusting burnt and overcooked it taste like the top of a stove metallic burnt smoke taste. I can't enjoy my meal now and I'm hoping they will make this right.
