Corporate you have to do something about this store! It is the most consistently awful location we’ve ever been to. From steak to hard to chew to Kung Pow having so many chilis in it it was inedible.
We travel all over the US and Panda is one of the only chains we stop at bc we appreciate your quality and consistency. This location is destroying your brand name bc of how bad and inconsistent the food is here.
The staff have always been nice here but with the food so bad we actually drive twice as far to go to a different one. Please corporate look into this location and help them improve the consistency and quality. It sucks not being able to go to our local panda when we visit panda all over the US while we’re traveling.

It was clean inside, I was greeted with a smile, the guy made sure to put a lot of food in with my plate, I was in and out in like 3 minutes it was outstanding. If your looking for a good place to eat food, this would be one I recommend

Well this panda was good the food was very very good I mean all pandas have amazing food I live there food so sooooo much but the service was crap we didn’t get sauce on my wife’s plate the dish usually come with teriyaki sauce on the chicken and it didn’t come with any on the chicken or any in the bag so that’s all that was wrong with our food but yeah I’ll go back I figured the kid was new or something I don’t usually rip on a kid that’s new at his job but yeah just be careful and make sure you get all your sauces that come with your food because they will forget and you will be s.o.l if you know what I mean!!!!

I came into this Panda Express (Guadalupe & McClintock, Store #529) on August 12th around 6:30 PM to calmly speak with the manager (Joaquin) about an issue I had with one of their employees who had been disrespectful earlier that day at my business across the street.
Before I could even explain the situation, another employee (Daniel) aggressively confronted me in front of customers—mocking my appearance, threatening violence, and trying to physically intimidate me. The manager stood by and did nothing to de-escalate the situation.
Completely unprofessional, unsafe, and unacceptable. I’ve submitted a formal complaint to corporate and hope they take this seriously.

The food is great ( if they’re not out of what you ordered) but the service is ridiculously slow especially at the drive thru. I waited in line 7 minutes for the car in front of me to place their order(and they were already there when I pulled up). I wisely chose to skip ordering. When we turned the corner, there was already another car waiting an additional 4 minutes for their food. Then the car in front of me waited 8 minutes, to eventually wind up getting a refund. I’d like to say this was a one-off, but it’s why I haven’t been there in almost a year!

Friendly staffs and hot fresh food. I ordered family meal deals. Have waited a bit. But it is all good. I will come back to this location.
Great service, very polite workers. We had Michelle serve us and she had a smile on her face and was very friendly. She made sure that we were beyond satisfied with our experience and went above and beyond. The staff made fresh food in short times and we had a large order. They got it fast and were very nice.

Ordered double chicken teriyaki and the guy serves half the meat required to make it a true double portion...too much rice not enough protein will keep me away from this location permanently as they are obviously training them to screw the customers...

I ordered string bean chicken and received a bunch of string beans and two very tiny pieces of chicken smaller than a size of a quarter.
I called back and spoke to the manager on duty, James. He really couldn’t do anything except asked me to drive back. I asked if he can just send me a gift card, and he said no.
So unconcerned and unwilling to fix this.

Got my order wrong and forgot some things. I call in and they promised they would get that to me if I drove back to the restaurant, plus a free entree. When I arrive, I have to haggle and negotiate the fact they forgot my drink, and when they agree to give me that back, they say they can’t provide an entree to me for some reason. This was close to their closing time, so I know all the food just gets taken home as well. I guess our fast food workers are struggling if they need all the panda leftovers they can get. I know they have a book to write these missed orders down into as well. Please use that going forward, and treat people you did wrong better.

they have a huge sign advertising that they are open until 10 PM. On Google it says they’re open till 10 PM. I got there at 9:45 and could not get into the lobby so I went through the drive-through. They had almost no food (as in only chow mein and little bits of random entrees) left and told me that I needed to get there by 9:00 to make sure I could order what I wanted. I knew they might be out of some things. And I like half the stuff on their menu, but they were completely out of nearly all foodz I asked what store number they were and they told me to Google it.

WOW! IM IMPRESSED!! NEVER had I had a fast food place SHAME ME FOR ORDERING FOOD!!!
Context: I went through the drive through ordered my bigger plate. They worker "conveniently was out of almost everything" I was out of HOURS before close. Everything id ask for "that's gonna be a xx minute wait" after responding saying I'm okay with the wait I'm met with grunts of dissatisfaction. Maybe she had a long day, as the customer I gave her (THE EMPLOYEE) my best customer satisfaction as to hope my food wasn't to be tampered. So I order my 3 (3) cream cheese rangoons again was told that would be a 20+ minute wait, again I responded with acceptance of waiting. Which she replied "wow that's a lot of food, you eat this much" to say I was red with rage I NEVER had someone as audacious as that young lady. Truly a DEPLORABLE experience. I think this should be my sign to not have Panda E anymore as unfortunate as that is, I'd rather be put behind bars than have an experience like that again.
