Lady named angela took our order and rushed us to the checkout bc she didnt want us to se how skimpy she was with the portions. 90% string beans 1% chicken, paid 7$ for a small side of shrimp and she forgot it and we had to drive all the way back bc we realized by the time we got home. Angela had stank attitude the whole time getting or order and the chow mein was cut into tiny pieces like a todlers spaghetti, barely any actual noodles

The rice was mushy, the noodles were hard, and the chicken was cold. Honestly the worst Panda Express I’ve had. Trust all the negative reviews and go somewhere else.

First time at this Panda Express, we were served by Julioss (very kind and patient), the food tasted good, and he served us quickly.

Paid 1.500 extra for black pepper steak. Veggies so tough could not eat. Stalks of broccoli I think. It was the worst dish I ever had there. Never again. Who serves uncooked stalks of broccoli. Was like eating twigs.

Panda quality has dropped drastically I doubt if they'll still be in business in the next 5 years. Tempe AZ elliiot location serves old cold food.

Awesomeness
I ordered a bowl with fried rice and broccoli, along with an order of rangoons. Unfortunately, the rice was undercooked—it was actually hard—and the rangoons were not crispy and seemed undercooked as well. I called to let the restaurant know, and they kindly offered to replace my order for free if I came in.
When I returned, I was asked to hand over my food so it could be reviewed. An employee named Sylvia examined my food and compared it to what was currently being served. She then told me the rangoons were cooked, just not crispy because the oil had recently been changed. She also said the rice “looked a little weird,” which might also be due to the oil change. I’m not sure how oil changes explain undercooked rice, and overall, the explanation felt dismissive.
While I appreciate that they honored a replacement, the way my complaint was handled made me feel judged and as though my concerns weren’t valid. Instead of acknowledging a possible issue, it felt like the focus was more on proving the food was fine than making things right.
I hope the team takes this feedback constructively—acknowledging a customer’s experience can go a long way in turning a negative into a positive.
They forgot all my sauces and Jessica the manager so rude 2 customer before said there going to give you a hard time they act like they don’t mess up lol over sauce shipment remake my food asked for corporates number she said go on line and then stares at you you lie of looks could kill

Order missing items even though I asked them to check. Had to drive back after reaching home and opened it.

We ordered through the app for pick up and were not receiving a confirmation code. After pulling around to go inside, we checked the bank and we were charged for the order. They said that "this happens sometimes, you'll just have to wait". We showed them the bank statement, and it took the manager 15+ minutes to decide to just give us the food we already paid for.

Second slowest moving restaurant staff I have ever seen - and that is saying a lot. Not even an apology for the delay. I shouldn't be waiting 10 minutes for an online order, that was supposed to be ready when I arrived but instead hadn't even been started during the slow period between meals. If you can't cultivate the constant sense of urgency in your staff that restaurant work requires then you are in the wrong business.
