Everything looks nice and pretty but the food not very delicious, rice and noodles not like what I’m used to. Won’t come back here again

Sign was on, 30 minutes before close, but doors were locked, drive through was closed, and employees stared at me from inside like I was a monster. Update your hours posted

Poor customer service. I placed an order via DD. Once I arrived, the app instructed me to “show staff order details." I clicked the button and showed the TL, or manager, who requested the order number. I told him there wasn’t one. It only displayed my name. He then grabs the only order that’s waiting for pickup and points to the order number that's listed under my name. He had a very condescending attitude. What a joke. I’ll find another location for my lunch breaks before I have to deal with that for a $10 meal. Should've been an effortless experience. In/out.

The guy was nice who served me my food but I believe the chicken I was served was spoiled. If it wasn’t spoiled it was disgusting and I threw up.

Every time I order delivery from this store my food is cold when I get it and they skimp out on the honey walnut shrimp.

Apparently, if you want to be helped, you have to go to the drive-through. Sat in line for 10 mins without and even a simple "hello." Ended up just walking out, will never come here again. So many employees are "working" and not one person able to help. Food looked old and the restaurant isn't managed

This location is simply atrocious, have someone actually MANAGE the restaurant. I was the ONLY person in line and waited for 10 mins without a single "hello, welcome, we'll be right with you."There were at least 9 people working, and I could see 6 of them in the back socializing. There was only one person actually working, and he only helped the drive-through and made 0 eye contact with me. They served 6+ cars w.o even addressing me (There was 1 car in the drive-through as I arrived). By the time someone decided to help, they exhausted all of the cho mein on drive-through customers and said I would have to wait another 10 mins for more...Absolute lazy staff with apparently no manager. I stood in utter disbelief as I watched them fill order after order for the drive-through until there was no cho mein.Completely disorganized and unprofessional. Go to another location bc these guys are not competent and clearly dgaf. When I informed the staff, their response was basically, "Oh well, I wasn't here." (Even though I saw her gossiping in the back the whole time.)Will never come here again + their food looked super old and was not fresh.

Live very close, have been coming for years. The food was decent for a while but it has gone downhill. You can tell staff isn't paid enough by the quality and service. Corporate needs to put some work into this location before its respectable again. Go to the panda on 48th and Broadway much better food.

? Panda Express: A Comedy of Errors ?Step right up, folks, and witness the greatest circus in the fast-food world – Panda Express, the clown car of culinary chaos! ?So, picture this: I placed an order, they forgot one entree and gave me one piece of steak on the one they did remember. I called to fix it, they promised redemption. But alas, the circus wasn't leaving town without a few more tricks!I roll up, optimism in tow, only to be greeted by the manager searching the Point of Sale like it was a clown car with endless compartments. ? "We've got your info," they said. Yeah, about as accurate as a rubber chicken's arm.Thirty minutes of waiting, during which I witnessed the mastermind behind my original order blunder giving me the stink eye while her boss tried to look up my order to no avail and then treated me like a scam artist. – an encore performance, no doubt. ?Then comes the apology order with a $7 upgrade charge for turning a plate into a platter. Bravo, Panda Express, bravo! ?️?In conclusion, if you're a fan of clowns, chaos, and culinary calamities, Panda Express is your one-stop circus shop. Step right up and prepare for a performance that'll leave you questioning the very essence of fast food!
