When you order on a drink via the sip club on the app (since they removed the cups) five minutes in advance and walk out after 5-10 additional minutes when nobody provides a cup. Come on Panera. It should be the simplest thing to drop a cup on the counter or rapid pickup. Evidently not.

Today was my first time visiting this location. Got two turkey sandwiches and two small chicken noodle soups. Got home n realized I was literally given two bowls of chicken broth. Where was the noodles n chicken at? Spent $35 for two sandwiches and broth. I will just do like I normally do n visit Bashas who provides three soups from them daily n you scoop your own bowl so you can ensure you get a full cup of noodles n chicken n then add the broth once you got the amount you want. I'm so several disappointed in this location!!!

Good salads but poor to go service.Been there 2 times and they didn't put the bakery items in my bag. When I called to let them know, they couldn't find my order even though I read it off receipt. Abraham said the general mgr would call me to reimburse but they did not call. Check your bag before you leave to ensure they haven't forgotten anything !!

I cannot believe I paid this much money for this little food - there are literally just scraps of steak in this sandwich. Ordered via Uber Eats so I figure they think they can cheat you bc YOU CAN'T COMPLAIN if you're not there! Smart cost cutting measures. Uber Ears won't even credit me after complaint w photo. UNBELIEVABLE rarely order delivery and this is a good reminder why. #rippedoff
