I’ve ordered from this Panera several times and never had any issues and the food has been fine. My recent experience with them was severely off putting and disappointing, especially considering this Panera usually has great quality. Our order was incorrect so we called them up to let them know, we were saddened by this since we have made this request several times due to dietary restrictions and it is always been met, though we understand mistakes happen it was still disappointing, especially considering the price of the food. We were met with such disrespect, arrogance, and rudeness from whoever answered the phone it was SHOCKING. Working in the service industry is difficult, but that is no reason to be completely disrespectful to your customers, especially if they’re just expressing disappointment and asking for some form of compensation. That was just so disappointing, the way in which he was speaking was just ridiculous and really impacted the way I view this location. I understand mistakes happen, but the way in which they are handled can make or break the situation. I have encountered numerous businesses that have made such mistakes and never had a problem communicating with them, which is why this was such a shocker. The food is generally good but the service is just not it and a poor representation of service industry.

First time trying Panera Bread and it’s not that great I don’t understand the hype. Coffee there is whatever, BLT sandwich was okay, flavorless & chewy bacon. Mac & cheese also flavorless. Went thru driver thru & it took them 15+ minutes just to do half a sandwich & mac, dude didn’t even tell me a total or anything.

I signed up a while back for their sip club and their coffee is decent, they have a small selection of other drinks like ice tea and Pepsi products... it's a small selection but it's not bad. My main issue is, on many occasions I've stopped in, the coffee is often luke warm. They place it in those self dispensing containers and they lose heat over time. Now the staff is good and they'll make more or you can microwave it but it's not ideal. The other issue which I've actually experienced a lot more often is coffee grounds in my cup. Nearly 50% of my coffee cups have had grounds in them and my last sip gives me a mouthful. I hate that. I can't speak to the food because I'm diabetic so I avoid carbs. I think the only food items i can eat here are a couple of salads which I haven't tried yet.

Great place, great food. It's a little pricey, but we don't mind too much. We prefer Wildflower on W Chandler Blvd because the food is just as good and a little cheaper. But Panera is a great second choice. Panera has not fallen out of our favor. All the booths were occupied at Wildflower, so we came here. Didn't regret it. We had a leisurely lunch and then did some paperwork.

I placed a lunch order through the Panera website and tipped generously for the delivery. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. The driver left the food at my door without ringing the bell, and a $10 smoothie I ordered was completely missing.

When I called the store to report the missing item, I spoke with someone named Patricia. She did not apologize or offer any helpful solution. Instead, she told me the driver forgot to take the smoothie and left without it. When I asked for a refund, she insisted I contact DoorDash—despite the fact that I ordered directly from the Panera website and not through DoorDash.

I explained this to her, and asked if she could process the refund herself. Not only did she refuse to take responsibility or assist me further, but she ultimately hung up on me. I have never experienced such poor customer service, and I find it completely unacceptable.

As a paying customer, I expected better. I will not be returning to this location, and I will be reconsidering whether I choose to support Panera again in the future.
