Probably not gonna order from here ever again. I'm not entirely sure how this was completely missed but I put an order in for garlic parmesan bread sticks to go along with my pizza. I picked my order up and drove home only to open the breadsticks box and find out that they were completely plain. Not any kind of seasoning on them whatsoever. Just plain regular breadsticks. Like I said not sure how it was missed, especially when the lady who grabbed my food opened the boxes to check them! Now I can see why this place has 3 stars overall.

I dont know what happened to papa John's I haven't had it in years but I've never had pizza so bad I just opted to eat the crust and throw the rest away. The cheese isn't cheese I refuse to believe it lol. The fake steak must have been made in a lab by ants. They cut so many corners when it comes to quality they have a full circle.

I visited the store at 9:29 PM on Monday, April 4, 2025, and had a frustrating experience. The night manager on duty refused to acknowledge my presence, did not provide her name, and took an excessively long time to assist me with picking up my prepaid online order. While I waited for my pizza, she informed me that they were busy labeling the pizza boxes, which led to my pizza becoming cold. Due to this extremely poor customer service, I am requesting a full refund.

Well, I went there because I had a coupon that someone gave me for a five topping pizza, but there’s barely anything on it. I had to ask the guy where the sausage was and mushrooms looks like they scattered a few things in the middle of the pizza and the rest of it looks just plain, totally disappointed. I need a magnifying glass to find that sausage.

tried to cancel an order that's taken over an hour and the address was wrong (and I called previously to try to fix it, given no update on that, seemed like the address was still wrong so I wanted to cancel it), was told it was in the oven and got hung up on. lol
Wait times are insane. Employees are doing their best. Two people during dinner on a weekend…? Hire more people and if you can’t find anyone, pay them more.

My pizza was hardly cut not even cut at all at some edges. Other than that pretty good. The 3 star rating is deserved.

This place is the best the manager Devin is very professional was incredibly nice the food was hot and fresh and when service is great I like to give thanks I'll definitely be in coming back.

We ordered 15 pizzas three wings and several brownies and they made them and they were amazing
