Usually they are good with orders and fairly quick. I ordered a pizza with alfredo sauce, clearly on the box, they sent a pizza with red sauce after taking almost an hour. Not only do they make the worst red sauce, I struggle with red sauce due to my Crohns, hence why I always order with alfredo. I was hungry and couldn't wait another hour for a new pizza to be made, so I ate it.

I placed an order with Doordash, and had gone through about 4 Doordash Drivers dropping my order. My 5th driver had let me know that my order had been given to another driver (my first driver), and was never delivered. My order my stolen. The 5th driver I had called customer service and at the end, Papa Johns ended up remaking my order for me. This was not a great experience, but I just want to say, whoever worked papa johns last night, THANK YOU SO MUCH. I know how frustrating stuff like this can be, and it's a huge inconvenience for all parties. Thank you for remaking my order, it was exactly what I needed after a long day at work.

Spent $50 on pizza. I ordered online in the morning for my 2 year old Christmas celebration at daycare. Despite being charged and even with a confirmation order number, I was told there is no order. They didn’t know how to reimburse me, couldn’t give me a corporate number and told me to call at 7pm when a general manager could help. I didn’t get a sorry or anything! Customer service was horrible. I instead took my business to dominos. I will now have to call my credit card and fight fraud. Ridiculous

Food is excellent! Love the flavors and even though the new stuff isn't the best it's a fun effort to try out. Staff seems exhausted and had no personality at pick up. Maybe better work environment for them?

Ordered online new to the area don't own a pizza cutter due to just moving in they sent us three pizzas that weren't even cut and half cooked and then only credited one pizza back that came again half cooked and not even cut disgusting lazy
