The water was a very pure 9ppm on June 20, 2025. (It was 6ppm on Mar 7). That's really good. Tap water tends to be 450-550ppm. Many dispensing machines are in the 40-120 range (some even higher).
I have been visiting Pepperwood Water for several years now. I thought I had submitted a review. It appears I have been remiss. This place is Great! Always clean and inviting! Proprietor and helpers are cheerful and always ready to help. They have a well-stocked selection of ice cream that is always fresh. Treat yourself!

The ice cream here is delicious, to refill your gallon is also cheap. They sell a bunch of different drinks and nachos as well.

Came in here on Saturday 8/24 asked if they had alkaline water, the man stated they did so I got my three 5 gallon jugs, but after seeing how long it took to fill up one 5 gallon jug I told him I would only fill up one. I have been drinking alkaline water for about 8 years and the water I received was not alkaline water it tasted like tap water. He had a machine connected to the sink water and I am not sure if he forgot to turn on the alkaline machine or what happened, but it’s pretty upsetting when you pay for alkaline water and they just give you tap water. Not to mention alkaline water is not cheap.
Very clean establishment. The ice cream is absolutely stunning and so is the service. Best Water and Ice ever!!!!!

Recently moved to area. I had to dump out the water I got from here, the taste was bad, like chlorine tap water. Person working, not so friendly.

Great tasting water for very reasonable prices! Great customer service too.
Owner was very nice and helpful. Store was clean and organized. Good price for water especially with how the prices have gone up. There are carts availalbe for loading and transporting your jugs. Saw most customers just coming in to get ice cream, so I might grab some and try myself next time.
