Worst place. Messed up my order 3 times. Unorganized, that's for sure.
I take out once a month. It's a quick, simple option. I stick with two favorites the beef and tomato or ham, pineapple, bacon, tomato and jalapeños. Good eats.
fresh buffet friendly staff
Pay to play. The playground is $10 a kid btw.
Pizza was not prepared as well as my previous visits. The arcade is very small. Staff seemed miserable.
I like this PPP. The employees kept busy
I think the jumping thing is a total rip off.
Table and chairs were dirty. Overpriced
They always mess up pizza . Customer service is below par

There was one of the managers there they know they're going to be busy when the school carmenatty do you like she did not want to be there she was not in the mood and she had some poor attitude on the order she said we didn't get the wings and she said we got the wings we went back and forth about it I told him you did not eat no wings when we ordered them it did not come then the other lady the other manager just went ahead and gave it to us in the middle of Rush how big is a good idea to argue with people or a customer and why will we lie there's no reason for that little upset with that situation

We went for a birthday party. I've been to other locations but I actually had a better experience at this one. I don't remember her name, but the manager was a nice woman (maybe late 50s or 60s?). Very accommodating, I liked her.
The arcade area seemed larger than the others I've been to. We did have to wait a bit for one of the employees to come work the ticket counter tho. Other than that, pretty good experience.
Food was the standard Peter Piper quality.
Kid-friendliness: Very popular kid birthday party destination.

Don’t waste your time at this place, they don’t care about the job they do. The Manager was there and she was so damn rude it was unreal. I think her name was Sue, and when I walked up she was helping one of her employees who was helping a customer. She never acknowledged me when I walked up to the counter and I just stood there for about 10 minutes. A door dasher skipped the line that was forming and queued up behind the guy that was being helped and stood there for about five minutes. I then walked up to the manager and asked if we could just pick up our pizza that was sitting out under the heat lamps. She just rolled her eyes and said to follow her to the register. I got my pizza and went home. I ordered my pizza with extra sauce, but the pizza I picked up was cold and had less sauce than usual, just putting the cherry on top of this whole crappy sundae. Tl;dr: this Peter Pipers has issues with management and should be avoided.

We ate at the lunch buffet and the food was pretty decent, more variety came out more towards noon. The manager was on top of the service and staff, checking in on me when she saw I was looking for a specific pizza.
