The food is fine, the prices are great, but goodness gracious I have never waited for food so long in my entire life I'm pretty sure. I've been forgotten about at a restaurant and not waited that long for food. Spent between 20-25 minutes in the drive thru with only two cars ahead of me when I arrived. Bad form. Didn't apologize for the wait, offer an excuse, or so much as throw in an extra cuppy of sauce or a soda or anything for my trouble. Not worth it.

It's the best Pete's Fish and Chips in the Valley. The first restaurant is always the best. The amount of food one can get for a very low price is the best part. 10$ will feed two people, 16$ with drinks and you'll leave satisfied and full. Also they have the only patio surrounded by a mist system in all of downtown Mesa. Not even the colleges offer that outside.

I know this is a seafood place but they're Burger is fantastic I've been eating here for over 26 years. I always go through drive-thru and get my kids meal they have the best french fries there!!! Surprisingly... no lemon.. though? š I need that for my seafood.

The first time it was pretty cool I asked for my food to be fresh and they did that now the second time I was very disappointed because when I came in to the window instead of the drive-through, Iām sitting there waiting nobody came to the window. three employees walked by the window didnāt say nothing so I got tired of waiting for almost 10 minutes so I got back in my car and this time I went through the drive-through I ordered my food. I told him I want everything fresh when I finally got home. I was a little bit irritated the french fries didnāt taste fresh. They taste blend with no salt. No taste. They were cold. They just taste nasty. My daughterās chicken nuggets were burnt. She didnāt even enjoy it. My burger was probably the only thing that was OK. Not the greatest but OK I just wanna say like gotta do better like I donāt know the change of the shift but the first time I went service was cool. Second time in a different week different setting different crew attitude. I asked the lady that came and gave me my soda. What was the total she couldnāt answer me itās like OK itās a simple question and so she left the window open and then another lady comes up close the window. Itās like OK I donāt know if I wanna come back to that one because itās like damn is this what we doing so I guess Iām gonna have to try another pete I couldāve took the food back. Iām five months pregnant. Iām tired had a migraine. Thereās just no point I donāt think those employees wants to catch my wrath or my attitude so I just left it alone. I just know not to go back to that location ever again in Tempe.

I went in today and the girl working was on her phone ,handling money with gloves on and then after proceed to make food with out changing gloves. Then has the nerve to get made and give an attitude after I asked for a refund and told Her what she just did.

This place only takes cash!! They do have an atm machine but they are collecting a fee. Food is bad, the fish is dry and everything has super thick breading. Fries are also not seasoned well. I ordered a sprite and they gave me sparkling water which isnāt even that sparkling.

they didn't get my order right and they repeated it correctly over the speaker back to me but they made my burger wrong when I went back they told me that's what I asked for and my 2npassenger both heard it wasn't .. so I got stuck with a burger that I didn't want made that way .
