I grew up with petes and im sad that it’s not good anymore. The fries are small and most of the time undercooked and look at this burger this is so nasty. Probably the last time i go.

Been going to the one on 44th street and the one I went here a hand full of time one time it took like no exaggeration 45mins for my food I was late next time I came the fryers were off tonight the grill was off the part that gets me is the there is three people in the building but they are short staffed and standing at the window laughing at us as we pull off how unprofessional I'll never return I called 44th and placed a 72.64 dollar order I guess they wanted the money.

Was fast service & very on point ...but bring cash- they ONLY TAKE CASH & NOTHING BIGGER THEN $20 DOLLAR BILLS ?( no $100 bills either )but the food is well worth ...if you get a chance to get down there -do so fast- they are opentil 11 pm -but be sure to order the double Monster Burger ?w/cheese ? and order extra sauce,you won't be disappointed...enjoy... I just came from the one in Tempe, the server felt bad cause they ran out of burgers & gifted me a cool Pete's red&blk beenie...thanks Pete's love you guys.... keep up the great work and service
Let me start by saying that I have been a customer at this location since the late 1980s. I used to enjoy it a lot! I haven't been going to this location (on Apache Boulevard) as often because there has been a pattern of the food not being cooked long enough, imho.This afternoon, I had a taste for Pete's Fish so I went through the drive through and ordered a seven piece shrimp and chips and a half and half order of mushrooms and zucchini.When i arrived home, there was no ranch dressing with the order of mushrooms and zucchini.I tried calling to ask if it was necessary to order ranch dressing but no one answered the telephone!Pete's customer service and quality of food has gone down hill! That is unfortunate!

Used to be great back in the day, now food is not so great at this location. Melted tray with my food stuck in the styrofoam, shrimp burnt hard, batter as hard as rocks. Fish way overcooked. Not juicy at all! These employees just don't care what they're serving to people. Wanted a good hot meal after long days of work and to surprise my family with garbage? No way, just not right for these cooks to serve this to people after spending a lot of $$$$! 0 STARS Please replace employees with ones that care about quality of the name PETE'S
