The bar that serves authentic Philly cheesesteaks! The owner was raised in South Philly, 10/10
I'd like to start off by saying that what I am about to describe isn't the only time I've had a bad experience here, but it’s definitely the worst, and it will definitely be the last experience I will ever have at a Philly’s location. I came to Philly’s Sports Grill to watch the Eagles Vs Bills game with my girlfriend and two nieces during the regular season. Since it’s supposed to be an Eagles bar we decided to go here and watch the game and have dinner. We sat in our booth and waited patiently for a server to show up. After about 20 minutes had gone by, still nothing. As I was now visibly looking around for help, someone finally showed up. She introduced herself, I don’t remember her name, and asked what she could get started for us. I asked if anything was on special and she replied, “I’m not really sure, but I don’t think so. I just started 3 days ago and I was never trained.” Ok, no big deal, I thought to myself, although this was a red flag, and I ordered a pitcher of beer, and everyone else ordered their drinks, as well as 2 orders of wings and fried zucchini. After placing our order we proceeded to look over the rest of the menu. Shortly after, we had all made our choices, and started watching the game. Unfortunately, we couldn’t hear the game very well, because the recently promoted “manager” Jamie, was too incompetent to figure out how to turn up the volume for the game. The people talking in the restaurant were louder than the volume of the game itself. Again, we tried to be understanding and moved forward. At this point about 25 minutes had passed, and still no drinks. Unfortunately, this is par for the course based on previous experiences here. So again, we started looking around for our server, and a different server, who we had in the past, noticed us and was kind enough to get our drinks for us to help out. Roughly another 25 minutes goes by after getting our drinks, and still no appetizers! So we asked our actual sever what was going and she informed us that the kitchen was backed up, and apologized. Well just as she finished talking the apps showed up. We have our drinks, our food is finally here, and we are watching the game that we can’t hear. Things look likethey are finally starting to turn around now, right? Wrong!! At this point we are all starving since it’s been almost an hour since we ordered. I pick up a wing and take my first firs bite, and not only is the garlic on the wing sauce raw, but the wings are undercooked!!! I asked my nieces how her wings were; hers were also undercooked, and the wrong flavor. After sending the food back to have it remade, we placed the rest of our order. A Philly Cheesesteak, a Grilled Chicken sandwich, and a chicken Cesar Salad is what we had decided on. We were reassured that our food would be sent in immediately and our apps would be right back out as a priority. Well, another 45 minutes goes by, and still no food, can’t hear the game, and more apologies. Then finally, our entrees come out; it’s finally time to enjoy some food, right? Wrong again!! What was supposed to be a Philly Cheesesteak was a roast beef sandwich with cheese on it, the grilled chicken sandwich was burnt, the chicken Cesar Salad had wilted lettuce, the fries for each of the plates were still raw in the middle, and still no apps. We all just kind of gave up at this point, the food was sent back yet again. They remade the Philly, the grilled sandwich, and my girlfriend, who had the Cesar salad, didn’t want to eat here anymore and returned her salad. Shortly after our remade food arrived, for the third time, which at this point had been 2 and a half hours since we had originally ordered them. We finished the 4 minutes that were left in the game, our food, and left. Well, as luck would have it, I realized a day or 2 later I had left my sunglasses on the table when we had left. I couldn’t find my sunglasses anywhere. Luckily, my girlfriend had taken a picture of me with another Eagles fan, since we won that particular game. When she took the photo she was still sitting in t

The website menu doesn't work for the closest location to me (Elliot) but it does work for the warner location. Example; 3 topping Philly has no options for sides or toppings as the warner location does... the menu is very non descriptive and confusing as I'm ordering a Philly cheesesteak but the meat choices are chicken and pork.
The biggest reason for the 1 star is the $3 "service fee" on top of the already way overpriced food! It's like a big f-u that I couldn't except. I'll never try this place tbh. Hopefully they go under sooner than later.

Not bad. Basic sports bar vibe. Pub grub with breakfast for the early games. Not too crowded. The background noise isn't deafening, although they invested $0 on acoustics. Good staff, but they could use more headcount on gameday.

Good food, horrible service. Looks like you gotta be a regular too get attention. The server only had one other table, so it wasn't like they were swamped. To bad, the Scottsdale one was better

We stopped in for lunch and had a great experience. The burger and Club we ordered were very good, very large portions. Our server, Diana, was wonderful. She checked back just the right amount, was very friendly and helpful with our special requests. Looking forward to stopping in again.
