CLOSE to being good.I ordered the well-done beef soup with a thai tea boba. Here are my thoughts. The reviews mentioning how skimpy they are with the meat are accurate. I got about 4 little pieces with my order and they weren't that great in quality. Two pieces were tender and the other two were very tough; practically beef jerky (not an exaggeration). As well, the veggies that came with it were not very fresh. About a quarter of the cilantro that I got was rotting and the bean sprouts were not that fresh either.Rice noodles were fine and plentiful, so if you're a carb lover who's just in it for the noodles, I'd say go for it.Now I'll give credit where credit is due: the broth was FANTASTIC. It was rich and loaded with flavor. Someone else said they tasted too much cinnamon, and I can kinda see how they thought that, but I actually like my pho heavy on the aromatics, so I thought it was perfect. It's frustrating because it's almost a 5-star bowl. They just need to give better cuts of meat (and more of it) and actually care about the freshness of their vegetables. The thai tea boba was annoying. Flavor was nice but the cup was filled to the brim with large pieces of ice and the boba was just dumped on top so yeah...didn't actually get any boba in my 4-5 sips.As far as customer service goes, I don't really see the point in complaining when it comes to Vietnamese restaurants. Of the dozens that I've been to, only one i can think of offered anything resembling customer service; it's just to be expected and I don't really care tbh. However, it is worth mentioning that the people who work here don't seem to care at all, and actually seemed rather annoyed with my presence. I'm not surprised peoples' complaints fell on deaf ears after interacting with one of the servers. Just order through an app and you'll have better luck getting a refund from them if you're not happy with something. All in all: see if you can just order a container of broth to-go.

Ordered pho and asked for extra sides like cilantro and onion. I only had to wait 15 min for my order which wasn't bad. When I received my order, I asked again if they made sure there's extra and the lady said yes (I should've checked before I left). Once I got home, I checked the sides and had a very small amount of cilantro and onion and I was adamant about the sides. I was a bit disappointed, but the broth was delicious.

So alot of people are saying this is bad pho I dont agree, me and my GF both agree that this is (so far) the freshest most delicious Pho we've had so far out of the 4 Pho places we've gone too in Tempe in terms of freshness and just general taste.I want to give it 5 stars but the man was rude to me when picking up my order. The food gets 5 the customer service gets 2. 3 is fair.

The bad reviews for this place seem a tad unfair. Sure, I I discovered this spot after COVID kicked off so I've never dined in but I've ordered for pickup and delivery many times and of all the pho places in this neck of the woods that I've tried, this one is my favorite. The pho portion is so large that I can't finish it in one sitting, and if I add on something like spring rolls it's easy to make the bowl into two meals. No, you don't get a lot of protein with your order but it's not the end of the world; I feel like a snob saying this but it's true: Americans are accustom to WAY more protein with each meal than is actually necessary. When you consider than the pho is ~$10 bucks a bowl, it all makes sense. You're going to get a noodle heavy serving with items of increasing price popping up in smaller quantities. If you want a really good bowl of ramen or pho or anything similar, you're going to need to make it yourself or pay $20+/a bowl. Temper your expectations and you won't be disappointed. It tastes good and matches what you should expect for the price. I've had their appetizer sampler as well and I thought it was tasty! My only complaint is that I wished it came with more sweet and sour because I love my dipping sauce, but overall it was delicious

I do not know why they have so many bad reviews. I dined at pho Tempe the other night and the food was delicious and the service was great! I had the chicken pho and spring rolls.

Food was amazing as always, service was spectacular. Such a Tempe gem!

literally the worst pho place in town. Unflavored soup and curry with barely any add on is really hurting. Plus the price of this place added on top, absolutely not worth it.(I threw it into the trash before finishing it.)I would give a negative star if Google let me.

Tastes terrible ! Worst ever ! The meat is all tough and not even eatable... waste of money and just totally dissatisfied. Go to a real pho spot don't waste your time and money here. This place is really bad.

Ordered pho with post mates:- food was okay- flea in soup- multiple hairs in soup- person who answered the phone was unapologetic

Ordered through grubhub due to COVID-19. Really frustrated that the "soft" spring roll is a Shrimp spring roll. Spring rolls at every restaurant are exclusively veggie. Thank God I looked at the roll before taking a bite as I am allergic to shellfish. The food was also just so very bland. This was our first ever Pho experience and safe to say it was disappointing.

I have been ordering their Pho soup several times now and its so delicious! The broth is fantastic and the ingredients are fresh! I have actually gotten several of my coworkers onto this place because I always order extra to share. My only complaints and why I didn't give them a full 5 star review is because of the Thai Tea. I LOVE Thai tea and I have ordered from many Thai restaurants and donut shops near me but I am disappointed at their method of serving it. Firstly, they fill the cup full of ice so you get very little tea.....no other place I have gone to is so cheap. Next if you opt for the Boba option they still fill your cup full of ice and give you 6 BOBAS!!! Seriously!!! Come on you guys!! Even the fancy Thai restaurant down the street from my house has more respect than that, heck Bosa Donuts fills your cup 1/4 with Bobas. Cut down the ice to half glass...DONT PACK IT and if your charging me an additional .50 for Bobas don't be stingy! But again, the Pho was fantastic.

Hole in the wall and so good!!! Good vegan/vegetarian options with lots of flavor. The woman serving was so incredibly kind and very helpful with food modifications. Definitely recommend.

Pho broth had little flavor and wasn't hot.. I requested rare steak on the side, and pointed to the menu where there seems to be an upcharge for it, but she said it can't be done... So my rare steak was well done. Hot tea came out after my overcooked pho, also no flavor. But at least it was scalding hot! So hot I couldn't drink it. Took it to go. Asked about dessert and he yelled it from the host stand... Thanks... Stopped here because it was local, never again. :/
