In town for work. At a hotel near the restaurant. I didn’t want to travel far because of the heat, so I tried out this restaurant….so glad that I did! I did the gyro pita combo with fries, and an iced tea.
It was one of the best gyros I’ve had in years! The meat was flavorful, tzatziki was excellent, and even the lettuce/tomato were super fresh. Fries were crispy perfection. I was amazed by the iced tea too, it had cardamom or something in it that really made it taste amazing.
I also bought some excellent pistachio baklava. You can tell that it was house made. Thick layers of pistachio between phyllo dough.
