This is one of the worst Mediterranean restaurants I’ve ever tried. The prices are extremely high for the quality of food provided. I was not given a receipt—only an approximate total—and I ended up paying more than I should have.
The portions were poorly balanced, with far more rice than meat, and the food was not authentic Mediterranean cuisine. The restaurant also did not appear very hygienic.
Overall, I was very disappointed. Even the shawarma was not prepared or tasted like real shawarma.

Hands down some of the best middle Eastern food available. I used to live near Dearborn MI and I know Mediterranean food.

Sooo good! Best Arabic food we’ve had in the area, try the cheese manoochi supreme with zaatar - delish! The owner was very friendly and they have Palestine Cola. We will for sure be back!

We drove from a different state to try this restaurant because we saw it on social media and we thought it was really good but when going in to pita valley restaurant the service was really bad the owner was looking us up and down and he was really rude and the staff look like they hate their life, I don’t recommend if you are a male because treatment was different when other females customers walked in they had the brightest smile on

Pita Valley is hands down one of the best hidden gems in Tempe. From the moment you walk in, you can feel the love and care that goes into this family owned spot. The food is absolutely outstanding. The crispy chicken shawarma is unreal, perfectly seasoned, crispy, juicy, and packed with flavor. Every bite just makes you want more.
We also tried a variety of dishes and everything was top tier. Beef and chicken shawarma, sujuk, skewers, rice, tabbouleh, each item was fresh, balanced, and incredibly flavorful. The tabbouleh is some of the best I’ve had, and the rice is perfectly seasoned. Even the pastries were amazing.
Owner Ozzie is incredibly welcoming and treats you like family. He took the time to walk us through the menu, show us the market inside, and genuinely cared about our experience. You don’t get that everywhere.
If you’re anywhere near ASU or Tempe, this is a must visit for Lebanese and Middle Eastern food. Easily a five star experience and a place I’ll keep coming back to.
