Strolled into my local pizza hut after a long, hard stressful day and damaging my car. Hungry I put in a order and I have to say Asia and Noah were both awesome. I came to pick up my order and the cashier took at least 10 minutes to come from the back when she arrived she was very rude to me saying she yelled from the back she will be right with me then continued to go to the back and never came back to the front and when I was leaving she start yelling disrespectful things to me from the take out window you need to hire better employees that represent your company better

The woman and the man that are working at this location. Do not prepare the orders on time. Falsely claim orders are ready when they are not are very rude on speaking to the customer. And are not attentive to customers that are coming in that are sitting in the back laughing and joking, and this location seems every day to be backed up and never have orders ready on time. I am reaching out to their manager and another company for further investigation

Utterly unhelpful. They say your order has been picked up and they can't help you. Then they hang up and ignore the phone when you try calling them back. I spent over $50 trying to get pizza delivered for my girls birthday party and it never got delivered. If I could give them 0 stars I would. There quality and customer service has gone downhill.

I'm an Uber Eats driver, and I showed up at this location to pick up somebody's order, and there was nobody around, they were all hidden in the back. When somebody finally came out to talk to me, their response was "okay". I waited an additional 20 minutes and nobody came out to talk to me; So I got their attention and a different person came out to tell me that the order was either stolen or another Uber driver picked it up, and that the other person I had previously spoke to had left for the night and didn't even let them know I was waiting. My customer was very upset, I explained the situation to him and he called the store personally and they wouldn't answer their phone. So I had the customer call my cell phone and I held it up so he could speak with the workers himself. After all of that, I waited there for an hour before they had ONE pizza ready for my customer. This by far is the worst customer service I've ever encountered and I wasn't even a customer I was receiving an order for my customer. And you would have thought that they would have thrown in some garlic knots or something on the side, considering the customer had to wait for an hour on this order.
