2 people working, I ordered pepperoni lovers melts Combo with Buffalo chicken got the wrong order and there was no pizza sausage on it and way to much cheese and the cheese and the meat did not cook. TERRIBLE! Do better......I thought nobody out pizzas the hut?

Wish I didn't have to give it a star. Today after being released from hospital with my sick child I chose to get Little Caesars pizza on Broadway in Tempe AZ. They gave us old cold pizza. Pizza wasn't even hot. I have been calling her an hr and they won't pick up. Shame on you YOU LOST US FOR GOOD!

We visit this location often and each employee has been nothing short of amazing. Had an issue with an order on the app tonight and Christina was so willing to be helpful and fixed the issue immediately, without question. Definitely our favorite location to visit ?
I ordered delivery and never received my food ? this is the second time that this happened and to be honest I will be going in person from now on. So at my apartments we have two complexes that are together. We have two buildings that have the same building letters and numbers ??♀️ but the difference is each letter has either 1500 or 1400 on the top of the letter. I always make sure when I’m putting my address in , I’m always including that in the note details and where to find me but they don’t care and they ignore the notes. But like I said before I will just go there instead of doing delivery

Ordered here again and my food wasn’t delivered to the right place and never gave me a re delivery or my money back ? !!!! The guy I spoke to was so rude and just didn’t care about his job at all! Never will order here again!

I recently had one of the most frustrating experiences trying to order from Pizza Hut through their app. First, the app charged my card, but the order didn’t go through to the store. I called customer care, only to be told they didn’t know why this happened or whether the store received my order. They transferred me to the store, where the person I spoke with confirmed they had no record of my order.
I was then passed to a manager, who mentioned that this problem is common with the app—something I wish I had known before wasting my time. To make matters worse, without even explaining that she was passing me off, the manager handed me over to someone named Gage, in the middle of helping me.
To top it all off, because of the suspicious charge from the app, my card was flagged for fraud and declined when I tried to use it again. Gage took my new card information but was rude about my previous card not going through. He also ran my card without adding a tip for the driver, which was incredibly annoying.
This entire ordeal made it feel like Pizza Hut didn’t care at all about my business. It was so frustrating trying to give this company my money. I would strongly advise others to think twice before using their app or expecting decent customer service.

The kids who work there couldn't care less about reading requests you put in for how you want your pizza cooked. I got an undercooked pizza with nothing but raw dough and scarce cheese. It was not edible. I paid for extra cheese, but the edges of the pizza had over an inch of dough with literally nothing on it. It was one of the worst pizzas I've ever had.
