Wow. I am appalled. I love poke, it’s one of the only things I’ll eat out, but wow, that meal made me scared to try new poke spots. I couldn’t even eat half of my bowl, everything tasted off. The spicy tuna just tastes like tuna in spicy mayo, pretty wack. On top of being repulsed by the food, the worker didn’t inform me that I chose “specialty” toppings until we were at the cash register, so I ended up throwing out $18 of food , which I feel terrible about. But when you physically spit your food out it’s so bad, there’s not much more you can do.

Weird little mall area proved to have a fantastic poke shop. Apparently it's busy for lunch but was deserted and very fast at 3pm.

Was craving a poke bowl so went at 10:30 when they were supposed to be open and waited till 10:40 just to see that they still weren't open a nd there was no sign of an employee, definitely an inconvenience and not worth wasting your time to try and see if they decide to be open because seems like this is a problem others are having

Everything tasted very bad, the vegetables were rusty, the lettuce was damaged, the shrimp were slimy. I saved money and avoided getting sick. I only tried a little and at once I started to feel bad. The Poke pot is practically complete. It's not fair to sell damaged food. Throw away $18 in the trash. If I could give everything a 0, it would be what I deserved.

Customer service was terrible. Major attitude from the female employee. Food is not fresh. I asked to get fresh avocado since (it's an upcharge so all the more reason to ensure it's good) I was at first served a brown scoop and got major back talk and attitude when I requested a fresh one because she had to get a new avocado. The employee working today 08/31/23 needs a sit down with management to polish up on client courtesy and overall manners.

I actually can't take it with this place anymore. Their listed hours are not accurate AT ALL because I've gone at least three times in the past month and it has not been open even though the hours say they should be open. I'm so so disappointed because the food here is so good but I don't understand why it's always closed. Super upsetting. Don't waste your time coming here because it most likely won't be open. I tried stopping in today at 11:30 even though they're supposed to be open at 10 and they're doors are locked :((((
Worst poke of my life. Honestly save ur $15 and go someplace else. Every ingredient that was put into the bowl tasted off and soggy I really hope I don’t get sick. It left a bad taste in my mouth.I gave it 2 stars instead of 1 because the workers are nice. It was an odd environment I walked in and there was no other customers there and no music at all. It was just silent and kinda awkward.

Great & quick service and amazing poke bowls! The poke bowls taste fresh and they always have good proportions. I've only done pick up orders but it is cute and clean inside and even has a full bar and is right next to an ice cream shop.

Love this spot! Only critique is that the rice is hot out of the cooker, so I'd avoid getting takeout so that your fish doesn't get too warm. Also be prepared that the bathroom's closed.
