Countless mistakes happened: Throughout the past three years, this location has messed up my order for countless times. There were either missing items, or the entire order never showed up. Today as Feb, 5th 2025 they closed the store but didn’t update it on the app or google map. I saw many people including myself drove over and left. What a waste of time 🙂

Worst food quality. It is unfair to miss 2 wings if the order itself is for 6 wings. Could smell the oil in all the food and I doubt that they haven’t changed the oil for at least a month. Fries were soggy. Packaging was awful and I had to wait for more than an hour for this order. And finally they missed to give the sauce that I asked for and gave me some random sauce. Totally dissatisfied and disappointed

Where do I even begin… would give it 0 stars if it was possible. Always had dirty employees and horrible customer service. Gave it a try for delivery today and was missing half of the meal. Called to see if I could pick up the rest of the missing items they said no. For now on I will never spend another dollar here and will rather go to Chic Fil A down the street. Thanks for the free partial meal

I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich they gave me a very old chicken that looks crispy from one side and saggy from the other side, idk why they don't change old chicken or cook it fresh for you it only takes 10 mnts.

I order take out from here often and never receive my ranch, I paid for it and expect credit for it when not received. Now I have dry chicken that lowers the quality signicantly.

Update: came 01/06/25 night around 9:30, cashier Mariana prep my food after counting money and didn’t wash her hands, so disgusting. She also don’t know how to check out properly, took my receipt and not familiar with app interface. She also wanted to charge me extra for sauce. After check out she abandoned register.
Previous: Placed an order half an hour ahead and order wasn’t ready 15 mins after the pick up time. On their website said dine in is open and when I got there they block the area with chairs… what’s more is that I order dark meat and they gave me white meat. Staff have horrible attitudes.

They'll let you order certain flavors and then when you get there they tell you they don't have it and either give you a flavor they want you to have or ask you to choose something else.
