This place needs to get shut down On multiple occasions, I've been to this location through drive thru and inside, and it took me over 30 minutes to get my food with an over staffed workplace. Each time I have been in the drive thru, after a good 20 minutes of waiting people began to honk because the line is simply stagnant. This has become Slow food not fast food. The ambiance was impeccable... full of employees arguing about who should do what while nothing gets done.

Cashier gave my DoorDash order away and apparently didn't read a name to the person she gave my food to. Waited awhile to get credit back. Of course the manager could've had the order remade but hey what are managers for. Finally have order remade but in the process they are discussing about my order and apparently stuff was made wrong. On top of that an item was not made and bag was not checked. And this is a pickup order. A total of 2 hours wasted. Not sure why this is the only Popeyes available for DoorDash. Should just follow reviews next time....

i'm so upset this is my favorite location and I ordered a two-piece white meat. They gave me a wing and a thigh. I am so upset and I'm tired of places thinking that people don't know the difference from a thigh and a breast. It sucks when you're in a rush and you don't check your food.

Absolutely the worse food I've had in years, and service. I pull up to the order post at for 3 minutes nothing then I started calling out them i started honking after 5 minutes he says I'll be with your in a minute. I finally got to order their Shrimp specials they are advertising... guess what NO SHRIMP, NO FISH... so I order 4 pcs spicy chicken. Pull up to window the drive thru guy asks me 3 times what I wanted. I hear them talking... someone said "he won't know"... I ask the kids for Cajun sparkles he didn't have a clue where they were I said I'm not leaving without them. I'm looking in from drive thru...Absolutely filthy inside the floor has yeah all over the counters have trash on them, I'm looking at the safe and the door is hanging open?? I finally got my food for home opened it this is what I got it may not look as bad as it was but the flash i used lightened it absolutely Burnt chicken. No silverware, no napkins, no butter or honey for the biscuit.... NEVER AGAIN I've tried giving them chances every where I've lived but they are getting worse and worse. Oh I went online to complain to corporate clicked on Contact Us link Sat for 10 minutes never linked up.....

I have been to many popeyes and the food is great but some popeyes are different service is always good went to one in avondale and the cashier was very nice and went above to help a homeless patron after i offered him food thanks for going the extra

They are often out of something whether it be chicken, sauce, shrimp, sweet tea. I ordered shrimp, I got to the window, I asked for an extra cocktail sauce and they said they were out of cocktail sauce? they weren't gonna say anything to me, they expected me to use ketchup for shrimp. They don't care and they won't answer their phone if you call them. Don't waste your time going here.

Avoid this popeyes location, went inside and ordered to go clearly holding a motorcycle Hemet with a backpack on. When food came out it was just the box, had to request a bag so box didn't open in my backpack. Ordered 5pc combo and a side of gravy. I recieved maybe 10 fries and my gravy was less then half full after paying 2.99 for the side. They were out of tea and ice machine was broken, Don't want your money here go anywhere else. This location has terrible upper management and frankly poor ownership management to allow it to get this way.

One of the dirtiest establishments in town..Soda machine disgusting, trash in parking lot,Glass doors hasn’t been cleaned since whenever…Wouldn’t trust the food at all

The fish sandwich was good. I like their breaded fries. The cashier was very friendly. I feel good about a restaurant that has happy employees such as Popeye's.

This store is always short staffed the people covering make it known and aren't very friendly. The food is always great but the service needs some attention we were also locked in the restaurant so other customers wouldn't come in because of how busy they were.
