Have had this place a few times. Mostly good experiences, pretty decent sub place. Main critique that is pretty annoying and brings it down to two stars is that they are pretty stingy with their toppings. For example last time I was here I asked for tomatoes on my large sub which is about 12 inches and they only gave me a four or so tomato slices each sliced about an inch apart. This is with all of their toppings. Only has happened about half of the times I have come in though too which should be noted. Otherwise decent sandwiches

Bad. I’ve been here for thirty minutes as one guy makes my sandwich. He took it from the fridge, microwaved the meatballs, and then prepared the most putrid looking sandwich I’ve ever seen. This place is empty and should stay empty. Horrible.

the service was good,but not the food. I have spent almost $10 on my grild chicken and provolone with chips. but what I get is a freaking chicken BONE in the sub,which made me disgusted. plus the taste of the chicken was as eating rubbery uncooked chicken. I will never eat from this bad please again

Good soup well priced however the guy failed to tell me they were low on soup and still charged me for the large. Does this look like a large ? And when I quickly went back like literally two minutes all he could say was sorry. Worst customer service

Their workers are not very nice and they force you to tip them. If you don’t understand what they say they get mad and don’t repeat. The food is ok, but not super good.

Andrew was very nice and quick making my sandwich. Jimmy Johns messed up my order and drove me crazy. So i went here. Had a great experience! Thanks Port of Subs.

Horrible customer service and attitude. Was asked if I wanted olives, pickles, etc. I stated olives and he proceeded to put everything that he offered onto my sandwich. After he started putting all of the unwanted items on my sandwich I kindly explained that I only wanted olives. He got visibly upset and said 'I was confused by the 'all of them' statement' which 8 never made. He then hurriedly finished my sad looking sandwich and rushed me away. Rude employee.
