I've never eaten here, but am rating 5 stars for the amazing care and compassion of the employees. My elderly mother desperately needed the restroom and was on the verge of tears trying to hold herself, we were so incredibly desperate to get her into a bathroom after Starbucks didn't give a damn. The young man in the front without hesitation let us in and gave us the bathroom key. He even waited for her to get into the bathroom before having me make a purchase, and even allowed me to run out to get my emergency bag from my car for a change of clothes (it was super close, she didn't end up needing it, but still).
I am so incredibly truly grateful for the compassion, it really made our day thank you so much!!! 💗💗💗

Excellent sandwich at Port O Subs in Tempe today! Their “Rosemary Swiss” bread option made it extra yummy! All the sandwiches are made with freshly sliced meats & cheese & various additions and condiments. The staff is great - friendly and accommodating. Special shoutout to Devon & Brian who were on duty today and whose customer service is top notch! Thanks for a delicious lunch!

For me, a BLT fan, it's hard to find a good one. Port a Subs here have creative sub maker. Cause If it is not a BLT, it makes me a sub you would make. Most times, other people sub taste better. And top it off with a COOkie.

My family stopped in here looking for quick sandwiches for lunch. They had a good kids' menu, and an extensive selection for sandwiches. The food was fantastic, the bread was fresh and soft and the sandwich meat was sliced right after we ordered. The staff was friendly and patient. The dining room and bathrooms were clean. We will definitely eat here again.

every sub is a vegetarian if you want one or not. I think the meat slicer was set to transparent. Waste of 11 bucks for a meduim.

I recently visited Port of Subs and had an excellent experience thanks to employees Brian and Devin. Despite arriving right before closing, they greeted me with genuine smiles and prepared amazing sandwiches. Their positive attitude and great service really stood out. Highly recommend this location for both the quality of the food and the friendliness of the staff.

These guys 100% beat out Jersey Mike's and Jimmy John's!!!!! The bread is always fresh with meat and cheese sliced right to every order! Your money is well spent for what you get and there is loads of meat on your sandwich compared to other sub shops. Store is clean with upbeat and positive attitudes from the employees! Will definitely be coming back and ordering online to get the free sub and other deals:)))
Vegetarian options: Unreal tasty salads and fresh cut vegetables/add ons. Meat can be removed on any menu item.
Dietary restrictions: Gluten free options, all menu items are customizable and items can be added/removed. As a celiac and lactose customer, I am still able to create my own healthy sub!
Parking: Lots of parking spaces available around the restaurant and 360 access no matter where you park! Also the public train is just across the street for extra access.
Kid-friendliness: Very family friendly and seating for families of all sizes. Staff is positive and welcoming. Store is kept clean and sanitized on all high touch surfaces.
Wheelchair accessibility: No stairs or big dips. Easy ramps and flat terrain. Lots of tables with removable chairs and easy access to the bathrooms as well.
