I ordered online. When I got there, they told me that they didn't have the bread I wanted (white). I asked why they didn't call to let me know, they explained they were both new and didn't know how. I accepted wheat bread. Got to work and opened the wrapper to the stalest bread ever. Highly disappointed. I want my money back!

I watch a woman ahead of me ask to use the restroom, so they gave her a key. When I asked, I was told I had to buy something. I get having a policy (terrible) of having to buy something but don't treat people differently.

It's like jersey Mike's ghetto cousin but the same price really not impressed wouldn't recommend. Also the guy at the counter just assumed anther customer and I were homeless and wouldn't let us use the restroom until we payed. Completely disappointed in going

This is my favorite place to grab a quick lunch near my workplace. I come here about once a week. I'm giving service only 1 star today for the following reason: a new employee working at the sandwich assembly counter has very long braided hair (down to waist level). As she was leaning over the sandwiches she was preparing, the ends of her braids were dragging across the food. This is gross and unsanitary. Get all your employees to tie their hair back behind their head, wear hairnets, or similar to comply with approved safe food handling practices and I'll change my rating.Updated review - I returned for lunch about a week after I posted the review above. Was pleased to see that all employees with long hair had it tied back behind their heads. Thanks for listening and taking action.
Tragic how much less me and my boys eat here lately. They close the store randomly. Tried going in today but they were closed 2 hours early. Normal closing time is already 4pm. The manager has personally made me uncomfortable after her employee literally chimed in that they were gossiping about me. Just doesn't hit the same anymore.
