I have never been to potbelly’s before but I came in and the vibes were so great. I dropped half of my sandwich and they went out of their way to make me a new one with no extra charge. Super nice people and the sandwich was awesome (Italian sandwich). A kind lady helped me out and said it was no problem. Made my day!!! Definitely coming again.

I made a mobile order 2/29/24 at noon with an estimated pick up for 12:13. I ordered just a soup and a Mac and cheese. I didn’t get my order until 12:39, well past my lunch break. I think they only had one person handling mobile orders, which reflects badly on management, but the employees were avoidant when you tried to ask about the eta. I saw around 12 people that were to the side waiting and annoyed regarding their order, and there were a few I saw who waited a long time, got there order and had to walk back in because it was the incorrect food in their bag. Very poorly ran place that I blame mostly on management and lack of training. I had such a small order that didn’t really have to be made, just packaged - why couldn’t that get done while the worker was waiting for the others getting made?

This place has great sandwiches. However, every single time I come in here the staff is so rude and off putting. Whoever manages this place, needs to train their employees on customer service or something because it’s a real turn off.

I came to try for the second time a sandwich from you guys, I had a rude employee who was trying to rush me and my spouse and had a really bad attitude so we left as soon as we felt uncomfortable. You guys need to find employees that are patient and have a better attitude not coming back.

Loved how much this felt like authentic Arizona. Potbelly is a chain but they did a great job of giving such a great AZ vibe. And potbelly is great wherever you go! Big fan!! I will be back!

The flavor was intense. It wasn't until after I ordered the steakhouse beef that I noticed it had blue cheese. My fault completely missed it, but honestly...this sandwich made me kinda like blue cheese. The favor like I said was intense and rich. I would for sure pick this place over Subway. Next time I'll try a blue cheese less sandwich
