Stunningly good coffee!

Very mediocre. Ice latte was nothing exciting. It doesn’t scream as a place who is excited or invested in coffee. Avocado toast was burnt they should know not to over toast. And the amount of avocado was sad. The bagel with cream cheese was also over toasted. And the cream cheese was enough for half the bagel. If you aren’t going to offer quality food then take it off the menu.

Atmosphere was okay but service was dull. Some conversation and enthusiasm would be appreciated and a “thanks for coming” nice to hear on your way out.

Overall I really liked the experience. My partner and I got a pastry with chocolate in it to share. It was very tasty and was baked well. She got a tea and I got an iced coffee (tasted really good). The service was fast - there were a number of customers sitting inside and outside. It is a great location to have a coffeeshop, especially near an apartment building like that. The cafe has a clean look, with harder chairs, so I don't think it serves as a hangout, but it's great for bike riders or people on their way to work who want to grab, gulp, and go. If I'm ever in the area, I would definitely go in, they did have good tasting coffee.

Slow and terrible service and a sense of entitlement about tip despite slow and terrible service. Cannot believe how long it took for one drink, place was empty when I entered and by the time I was rung up (but not yet served) there were 5 people in line behind me. Then I was told I’d have to wait for her to take everyone else’s order before she’d even begin to work on my one drink after already having to wait so long I was worried I may have a parking ticket upon exit. All this after she’d received an unearned tip, and for a line that was created bc of excruciatingly slow service to begin with. Before my order was taken, I actually assumed there was a problem with the machines and that’s why it was taking so long. I am a former service industry worker so I’m overly patient, but I also know poor service when I see it and this was terrible. This location is in a business building. I cannot imagine the frustration of workers trying to grab something on the way in or before a meeting. Will not return and would not recommend.
