Best place for Paneer paratha in town!
Best and fresh food at reasonable rate.
Only you will have to be lucky to find a place to sit and eat. (This indicates how great the food is)
This is definitely a hidden gem—not fancy, but solid Indian food with lots of vegetarian options. It’s a simple order-at-the-counter spot, but you know it’s legit by how authentic everything feels. I had the butter paneer and paratha—fantastic, and even better as leftovers. Perfect for a quick lunch or takeout.
Great amazing food
The food is good, but the customer service is really poor. They take orders promptly, but preparation and delivery take an unreasonably long time. I would be very cautious about placing an order here.
I’ve experienced this both with dine-in and takeout. We waited over 45 minutes for our dine-in order, and after that, we were told the takeout order would take even longer
My go to place.
Great place for tasty Chole bhature, Gobi, Aloo. paneer paratha, lassi and many more food items
the food is 5 star
Cutting 1 star for the ridiculous closing timing of 6pm
If you want to be disrespected and asked to leave even when you’re not fully done with your food, this is your place to go. I was there in the morning of Friday, on December 5th with my partner. We ordered 3 different type of paratha, two masala chai and one paneer lahori. If you’ve ordered that much of food, it is only natural that you’d take time to finish them. We were rudely asked by the lady who was in charge of the reception on that day, to leave simply because a group of 6 people arrived. While they had other places where the staff could have easily arrange for them to seat (maybe not together), the impolite lady decided to tell us to ‘move’. If they have small space, how can the customers be responsible for that? To add to that, their indifferent attitude to other customers who paid for the food and were not even done with eating! Is this the quintessential Indian hospitality, or even the culture at all, where all guests are supposed to be treated with respect? I’m never going back and gonna tell people I know in Arizona the same about the attitude we received while dining here.
This is one of the best Punjabi food in USA. The menu is short but the taste is too good.
I loved chole bhature, aloo paratha, paneer paratha and lassi. Its too good. Same like India taste. Feels like going everyweekend.
Wish they had food truck in tempe or something.
Take away won't taste that good since it will become soggy. My suggestion is go there and have fresh.

I could try to describe the subtle complexity of the spices and the deliciousness of the made-to-order bread but will simply say if you are in the Phoenix area and enjoy northern India cuisine, you must go to Aja Catering. We had an amazing experience.
I tried the chole bhature and aloo paratha — both were delicious! Great taste, generous portions, and very affordable. Amazing food for the price. Highly recommended.
I liked aloo paratha
Food is really good, especially liked the aloo paratha.
Best vegetarian starter
