Went to the drive thru yesterday for 1 kid meal and the girl at the window took a very long time to give me back my credit card which I thought was weird. This morning I woke up with multiple fraud charges on my card emptying my account. Strange coincidence?

I took my granddaughter and her friend there for his birthday because he loves Raising Cane's. The food was good and the service was good as well. We did have a little issue with my granddaughters order and her friend took her food to the counter and a gentleman came out to speak with us. He was very nice and didn't hesitate to take care of the issue he also gave us two gift cards for the next visit which my granddaughter and I gave them to her friend for his birthday and he was very excited about that. I wish I had gotten the gentleman's name because I thought it was great how he handled the issue without making us feel bad for speaking up.

I found this location to be lackluster. They are extremely fast but the food is hit or miss. Chicken was hot, fries were cold, the toast was lukewarm. Honestly Cane's has no excuse to not have consistently good food. You literally make 3 items. How hard can it be to execute that? I hadn't had Cane's for years and though I love the delicious Cane's sauce I will be hesitant to come back again.

Went in to get a box combo. Ordered my chicken extra crispy the ladies says nothing to anyone in the back. Once I get order the chicken is not cooked extra crispy she say they can only cook it +30 sec. When really they just cooked it regular time. After stating that every other canes honor it. She say they can not cook it longer. Before leaving the lady that took my order goes to the kitchen and begin to bad mouth me to some black guys in the back and they come out as if they want to approach me l. She tell them that she is the one that works there and I don't know anything. I call the manager to complain lFood was not cooked correct fries cold. Management need to not say customer is lying when you weren't around. check the tape.
Customer service here sucks. Will never go to this canes ever again! The disrespectful shown should not be allowed in an establishment.
