They got my order wrong. Went back to complain and the woman told me the menu does not specify different octopus preparation. I showed her that it did. Then she told me I simply ordered octopus, not grilled octopus, that is also false. Not only did I point at it on the menu and say 'grilled,' since I try to avoid deep fried food; but if I had done that why didnt she clarify. She literally spent 10 minutes clarifying my spinach side order, which was confusing until I saw the spinach. Worst restaurant experience Ive had in a long time.

Ramen was extremely delicious šŸ˜‹broth is tastes great, the pork meat which I had, has great flavor and a pretty nice portion for what you pay for. Definitely a must try! Service was great and everyone was nice and attentive. The only thing is, the bathroom needs a bit more attention (cleanliness wise) but other then that everything was great šŸ¤—

I am unable to rate the service or the atmosphere due to I ordered via doordash. Sadly, the miso ramen was not to my standards. I am going to leave it here, perhaps its my experience, and don't want this location to get bad reviews for my one-time experience.

Typically ramen places are quick, since the broth is already made and all you have to do is assemble the dish. This place is not quick, I'm not sure why their process is different. They were about half full, and the girl server was great, she was trying her best with no other help. We waited 30 minutes for our food, and were told it would be another 15-20 minutes. 45 minutes for ramen is ridiculous, most establishments would get you ramen in 5 minutes. We left without any food. Also the menus and website are full of typos.

We had the spicy miso ramen and beef ramen. The miso had no flavor, literally was watered down and came out like warm. The beef ramen was hot and had good flavor. The fruit green tea has no real fruit even though the picture shows it does on the menu. The place is really run down and dirty. They need to focus on wiping down the place instead of being on their phones. I would not recommend this place if you are a ramen seeker.

My girlfriend and I used to love coming here but we had to take a break from the food and try other nearby places. We loved getting the katsu and especially the ramen variety the most, going as far as telling friends and coworkers to stop by. Fast forward a few months and it seems like they have new ownership that completely ruined everything. From the shoddy AI art on the walls, a looping mix of a Miley Cyrus song for 30 minutes (not kidding) and the most bland chicken katsu I’ve ever had the displeasure of eating. We should’ve known something was off when the waiter took several minutes to even acknowledge us. The food, service, and atmosphere all took a severe dip in whatever transition they had, and I will make sure to tell friends I’ve recommended this spot to-to not come back. Seriously disappointed.

Eaten here before many times before they closed for ā€œremodelingā€ everything was great the food service but since they reopened just not feeling that friendly welcoming environment especially when the new ā€œserversā€ come up they don’t ask right away what would we like to drink but gave us the menus and walked away and didn’t come around after 8 minutes then took our orders without writing them down and as the food came out my finances ramen wasn’t right and the server was confused and we had to explain again and he was still confused and clearified again and he then took it back and fixed it then my ramen came out and added fish cakes as i didn’t get any and said we didn’t get this but you know we let him know and i gave it to my fiance and said it’s not a big deal we’ll pay the $3 no biggie but just to let him know. Mind you the ramens still amazing just overall the environment of it the service the lack of care just doesn’t seem to phase the staff and just feels more like a frat house with the lack of cleanliness and a extra person sitting there and laughing really loud and just didn’t feel we weren’t able to enjoy our time as much….dont get me wrong, my fiance and I love love this place just didn’t feel that welcomed and felt the service wasn’t there just a fair warning if you don’t have much patience and expect more i know it may be new staff but i hope this review will help for a better outcome on others experiences.

5 stars!! We lived in Japan and the ramen here took us back - honestly it’s even better. The ramen is perfect, the additions are so good, the flavor is phenomenal, and the portions are HUGE. Definitely check it out!

New ownership completely ruined this place, and the food is downright awful. The new ā€œdecorā€ is laughable—like what a clueless outsider thinks a ramen shop should look like. But let’s talk about the real problem: the food. It’s trash. The meat is so tough it might as well be jerky, the miso soup is instant garbage, and the portions have been cut in half. Worst of all, the flavors are as bland and lifeless as the people running this place—zero originality, zero effort. If you actually enjoy good food, do yourself a favor and spend your money at a real Asian-owned restaurant.
