took forever to get service and then when we did it was horrible, drinks don’t get refilled and had to wait forever each time and also no paper towels in bathroom

The food took a while to come out. Server barely checked on us. Missing food when we received our order. Drinks were watered down. I will not return. The atmosphere is the best feature.

Placed an order through Doordash at 620 and was given an estimate of 645. Showed up at 650 and the workers there were clueless about my order. After 5 minutes of poking at the tablet they found it and only started my order there in front of me without even acknowledging what happened and tried to pass it off like they were just working on it the whole time. Naturally Doordash pushed the estimate back to 707 with the manager then also instead of simply apologizing for the inconvenience tried to make it seem like the original pickup time was 705 which was not the case. I honestly believe they wouldve just never started the order and it would have continued to get pushed back in the app indefinitely. I know things happen especially with outside apps but their handling of the situation was simply unprofessional. Not worth the hassle for average pizza. Go to Venezia just down the road instead.

My favorite pizza place in AZ. Will go out of my way to eat here. The antipasto salad is awesome as well.

This Tempe location was very clean and cozy. The server was prompt and on it! The food came out super fast and was delicious. I highly recommend. My husband and I shared a chicken Parmesan sandwich and mild wings and fries. The ranch was yummy!!

Been coming here for years for special occasions and date nights when in the mood for pizza 🍕 and wings. Love the back room for large parties 🥳 Service is always great and feel like family serving you.

Food size was small for the price. The waitress was less than available to refill beverages or check on the table orders. She was also not seen to present checks to us. I wouldn't recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants above mediocre service.

Hidden gem for ny style pizza

The pizza and wings are the best!! We drive all the way from San Tan Valley just to eat here. Love this place and their staff is amazing!!

We never been to this place before I was a little worried when I pulled in the parking lot and the business right next door was one of those swanky massage places and lot of trash in the parking lot of course it's called Red devil but I thought nah Open the door and was finally greeted by a tall teenage kid that was texting on his phone he finally asked us "how many " not hello Hi welcome anyways we finally sat down at our table waiter brought us and drinks and silverware wrapped in a napkin but my silverware was dirty got past all that ordered our food I got a pizza it was horrible overcooked on the crust had no flavor The mushrooms tasted like they weren't even cooked The crust was hard and cracked apart but I was super hungry and forced myself to eat it My wife ordered the shrimp scampi she didn't like her meal she said it had a burnt taste to it I tried a bite of her meal and I agreed The only thing that tasted correct was our sodas we ordered but I must say the waiter was pretty good however I wouldn't go back.

I’ve been a customer of RD for over 29 years but in the last 2 years I have noticed a big change in the take out pizza.
Especially at the souther location.
And it’s worse at that location.
I recently moved into the Tempe area and have tried to get a decent pizza just once
It’s not hard
With very specific instructions
Medium half pepperoni with extra sauce not well done and every time I pick it up it’s burnt dried out and tough with NO EXTRA SAUCE . Every time
You can tell when you go to take out these guys don’t care what there putting out and certainly does not care what the customer orders.
No matter what you say over the phone it’s never what you ordered.
I have talked to the manager and the owner and they don’t care .
They should really read the reviews posted here and take some pride and ownership in what products you’re putting out.
Because as you can see I’m not the only one.

Every. Single. Time. I have gone to this place the young adults working there are extremely professional. Which is extremely refreshing. Seriously impressed by how it doesn't matter when I go its every single person I encounter working there. Give them all the business.

Not as good as their location on McDowell in Phoenix. Bruschetta is too spicy and only 2/3 the mount you get st Mcdowell location. Pasta excellent. But the light blue interior of the building is terrible, no windows, 10 cent art work, no atmosphere. Would never do a night out there in the Tempe location. To the owner: spend some money and make the place inviting!!
