Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

Saw our server when he took our order then he continued to disappear for the remainder of the night. Whats the point of paying $20+ for a meal that advertised bottomless drinks or fries when you get abandoned by your server and ignored by the rest of the servers around. Had one drink and waited to get a refill or attention of any sort by the rest of the servers only to be ignored for over 20 minutes , ended up deciding to pay and leave when the server finally decided to show his face and have the audacity to ask if we need anything. Absolutely horrible service, I get it may be busy but that’s absolutely no excuse to be ignored by the whole crew. Only compliment I can give is to the lady that got us seated instantly after arriving.

Omg so good ... No words literally can be explained.. i got a burger with peppered bacon well done .... my spouse got the burger that comes with queso on top but he got it on the side and baaaabbyyy when I tell you these burgers were sent from God himself. It made no sense how good these burgers were.. I can't even show you a pic lol 😭 ... Loved it ☺️

We arrived at Red Robin about 50 minutes before close, and we're welcomed in and seated. The food came out hot and fresh, and the Crispy Chicken Sandwich and the veggie burger were cooked perfectly. The garlic parm fries were a little soggy, but all things considered 🤔 dinner was perfect!

Birthday dinner with my brother and his wife. Good food (I had the Impossible Cheeseburger), good service, friendly staff and manager. As usual a good dining experience at Red Robin.

Something has changed in the ingredients of the burger, I went to two locations including this one at Chandler Blvd, and I had a swollen face and felt as if I was sick the next day. Maybe they started adding too much sodium in something that goes into the burger. At the tempe market place location i only ate the burger and salad, and at Chandler Blvd location I also ate a few French fries. But the after effect was the same. By the way RR has been our favorite burger place for about 19 years and I don't remember having health issues after eating a burger at RR in the past. I felt the Tempe marketplace staff wasn't welcoming , it was like as if they were expecting some appreciation from me for letting me in their restaurant. Most of the tables were available but we were given the worst possible place next to the restroom.

Wheelchair accessibility: If you are on the wheel chair you need someone to open two doors one after another. They don't open automatically.

Our party ordered 3 different burgers. They arrived on plates. What most surprised us was that the plate format provided space for a much smaller side. Most noticeable, the steak fries counted 12 in total for each order. Compared to what they used to provide, this portion size pales in comparison.

Really enjoyed this place. Plenty of choice and really good quality. We sampled loads on the menu and couldn't fault it! If I had one gripe, it would be the price, but then this is an upmarket part of town so to be expected. Would definitely visit again though!

I had previously went to another location and left with a want to never step foot in one of these establishments ever again. I went to this one with a couple of friends, and the Red Robin name was redeemed. The service was on point, the food was perfect and the atmosphere was super chill. I'd be down to stop back in for a burger in the future.

Very few restaurants left offer bottomless menu options. I come here for the fries and love it! Staff is always very welcoming and friendly. Love it here!
