Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

The service staff were wonderful with the children. Food was great. Don't skip the onion rings ever is they are not bottomless like the fires. They were perfect.

Manager JP went above and beyond for us when a delivery order had issues because of a poor DoorDash driver experience. He went out of his way to make it right and stayed on the phone with us for quite some time as we tried to figure out where our food was. I was so impressed with his professionalism and care and truly appreciated his help and compassion!

Disappointing Experience at Tempe Location

We have been to Red Robin more than 30 times, but this visit was by far the worst.

It began with the host yelling across the restaurant at the manager about where to seat us. She then shouted, “But they have kids!” It felt like a scene from the show Bluey, where the kids are pretending to run a restaurant. We were a family of four with two young daughters, ages 8 and 5, yet she still tried to seat us in the bar area. When I said we would prefer a different spot, she gave me a dirty look. The restaurant was only about a quarter full, so the seating issue made no sense. It felt like they were more focused on making sure each server had the same number of tables than on making guests feel comfortable.

She then brought us to a large table in direct sunlight, in the middle of summer in Arizona, and walked away without saying anything. I approached the manager to ask for a different table. He responded, “But you have a party of nine,” even though we clearly had only four people. He did move us, but his attitude was rude and dismissive, as if I was causing a problem just by asking.

Several staff members, including the manager, seemed distracted or possibly impaired. The atmosphere felt unprofessional and uncomfortable. Our server was friendly, but when I mentioned the situation, he said, “This is only my second day.” The manager never stopped by to follow up or check in.

We will not return to this location. I strongly recommend that corporate take a serious look at the staff and leadership here. Something is clearly not right based on my experience from multiple other locations.

First I just want to say if you come here and feel like requesting a server then Nat should be the go to girl. My drink couldn’t even get empty before she brought another. Her memory was wonderful and overall she’s what you hope to get anytime you have to sit somewhere! I’d come again and I’d specifically ask for her again.

Great atmosphere and friendly staff

I am a hamburger connoisseur, this experience was not the best. All though it wasn't the worst I still probably won't go back. Some people love it though, be sure and try it for yourself.

Pricy for what it is, but I appreciate red robin for being a nostalgia piece. Server was speedy and kind.

Awesome!!! We are from out of town and enjoy the food, prices and service from our Red Robin back home, but the service here was even better than at home. The waiter was super friendly, the bottomless fries were refilled in less than a minute and we were just super impressed with the whole experience.

The recent happy hour did not meet expectations, as the meal was excessively salty. Although the presentation was acceptable, the beverages exhibited an undesirable flavor profile. The BBQ pork burger may be unsuitable for individuals monitoring sodium intake. The garlic broccoli and macaroni and cheese were poorly executed. The ribs, while featuring a palatable sauce, lacked the expected tenderness. Despite these issues, the customer service team's efforts to address the concerns were commendable, resulting in a three-star rating.
